The woman suggested to Dirk Carter.
Dirk Carter didn't pay her any attention but stood beside the road, flipping through the cell phone Mona left behind.
He still felt that Mona throwing the phone into the taxi at the last minute must have had a reason.
"Hey, what are you doing? You're the one who chased them out, and now you don't want to find them. If nothing else works, you have to call the police. Your friend has been kidnapped, don't you care?"
The woman stood in front of Dirk Carter, speaking in a scolding tone.
Dirk Carter looked up at the woman whose face showed the wear and tear of the journey, and asked, "What's your name?"
The woman paused for a moment.
She said, "You can call me Shara."
"Alright, Ms. Shara, Miss Shara, please be quiet. I need to think."
Dirk Carter said solemnly.
