This picnic inspired Allen.
He thought he could apply his culinary knowledge from his previous life to improve the cafeteria's food.
Back in the dormitory, he began to think about something.
How could he make the tired stewed beans even more delicious?
Processing the beans into tofu seemed like a good idea.
To do this, he needed an assistant to help grind the tofu.
The recruitment notice had just been posted on the cafeteria wall when Renee ripped it off.
"Junior Brother Allen, you're not allowed to post notices in the cafeteria!"
"Since this is your first offense, I'll let it go."
"As compensation, you have to hire me as your assistant!"
Alan considered it.
This Tiger Girl was diligent and capable, hardworking and a great cook.
Aside from being a little clueless, there wasn't anything wrong with her.
He reluctantly agreed to hire Renee, and because of their old acquaintance, he even offered to increase the commission to one magic stone per day.
The kitchen had plenty of beans, and gypsum wasn't a rare commodity. Allen only knew the general process.
He wrote it down with pictures and text, and asked Renee to try it.
Grinding the beans, boiling the soy milk, and making the tofu.
Reni took care of all the hard work alone.
Alan occasionally helped out, but he mainly focused on recalling tofu dishes he had eaten in his past life and writing them down in a recipe book.
Within a week, the two of them had mastered the tofu-making process.
The color was pure white, and the texture and flavor were perfect.
That morning, Allen drank a cup of hot soy milk and tasted the long-lost tofu pudding. It felt like he had returned to his past life...
Reni was very interested in the recipe book Allen had written.
Tofu can be further divided into tofu pudding, soft tofu, firm tofu, dried tofu, bean curd sheets, fried bean curd sheets, and yuba (dried bean curd sheets), among others.
Each type can be made into a multitude of uniquely flavored dishes, which amazes her!
Besides her admiration for Allen, she also harbors a few doubts.
For example, fermented foods like fermented bean curd, hairy tofu, and stinky tofu are difficult for her to accept, fearing they might upset her stomach.
Alan insisted on developing his own product.
Reni couldn't persuade her boss, so she had to follow his lead.
She soon discovered that her boss was the wisest!
Stinky tofu may smell foul, but it tastes truly delicious!
Reni was convinced!
After a month of preparation, the time was ripe.
Alan and Renni teamed up to host a tofu feast.
Reni was in charge of the cooking, expert in frying, stir-frying, deep-frying, and grilling.
Alan provided the creative ideas and quality control. If the flavor of a dish is lacking, "seasoning" is used to enhance it.
The distinguished guests invited that evening included the heads of the three academies, as well as Adam, George, and Maria.
After tasting the dishes, they all gave them rave reviews!
Master Bachs, in particular, not only enjoyed the meal but also expressed his gratitude.
"Don't underestimate tofu; it's definitely one of the greatest inventions of this century!"
"I've always said that vegetarianism reigns supreme!"
"Alan can make beans taste even better than meat, perfectly proving my point."
"Ahem...Alan, why don't you switch to our Bear Academy? I'll take you on as my personal disciple."
"Old Bear, what are you talking about?!"
Master Shiva's furious rebuke promptly thwarted Master Bachs's attempt to poach his staff.
"Alan is a Cat Monastery member in life and a Cat Monastery ghost in death!"
"Dare you try to change jobs? Break your legs!"
Through this high-profile banquet, Alan made a name for his tofu invention.
The power of idols is immense.
Thanks to the three chief monks' advertising for Alan, even the cleaning lady at Silver Moon Monastery has heard of this novel ingredient, tofu.
People are curious: how much better can tofu made from beans compare to stewed beans?
Now Alan has two options.
Either he can strike while the iron is hot and open a tofu shop, hiring Renee to help run it.
Or he can submit his tofu-making process and recipe to his master, making it public in exchange for contribution points.
In the long run, the first option will be more profitable.
However, Alan had previously run a brewery at the Warlock Academy and knew how tedious and distracting business operations can be. Renee suggested contributing the technique and recipe to the sect.
This way, she could promote tofu-based cuisine in the monastery kitchen, improving the monotonous meals and benefiting everyone.
Alan mocked her compassionate heart, but was ultimately persuaded by the silly girl.
He personally wrote "Tofu Processing Manual" and "One Hundred Ways to Eat Tofu" and submitted them to the sect.
The three abbots expressed their delight at his selfless act, and everyone praised him.
For this invention, Alan earned a large number of Contribution Points to the sect, plus a special bonus of 3,000 Magic Stones!
Alan offered to split the Contribution Points and Magic Stones equally with Renee.
The silly girl was ungrateful and firmly declined.
"Junior Brother Allen, you've already paid me a lot. I'm not entitled to a share of the reward you earned with your own invention."
"Listen, Renee! I'm the boss. I have the final say!" Allen interrupted her impatiently.
Renee considered it for a moment, then raised her head. Her doe-like eyes were filled with grievance, but her tone was remarkably firm:
"Fifty-fifty. I don't deserve it. I'll accept a tenth at most."
Alan was speechless.
He had no choice but to give her three hundred magic stones, plus a tenth of her contribution to the sect.
Finally, he gave her a kick in the butt.
"Silly girl, you're fired!"
"Hehehe..."
Renee smiled shyly, patting her butt. Suddenly, she turned and pounced on him, hugging him.
"Junior Brother Allen, you're so kind!"
Tigress Renee, now like a big dog. She squirmed in his arms, wagging her tail and acting coquettishly.
"Although you're mean to me, I can sense the tenderness hidden within you."
"I know I'm not worthy of you, not even worthy of looking up to you..."
"But I don't care."
Even if you scold me, hit me, or take your anger out on me, I'll be incredibly happy!"
"Like a lowly dogtail grass, even if it's trampled under the feet of a passing prince, it has reason to be proud!"
"After all, this is the only glorious moment in her life!"
"If I could stay by your side, be a cook, a maid, or a bed-warmer and foot-washer, how wonderful it would be!"
"You must be seriously ill!" Allen wanted to get angry, but his heart softened. "Go away! I don't need servants!"
"When you become a direct disciple, just like Senior Sister Maria, you'll have to hire a few maids to show off your wealth." "Renee warned earnestly, "Junior Brother Allen, don't forget me when the time comes!"
Alan sighed and sternly warned the infatuated girl:
"Renee, listen! You're not ugly, and your figure is impeccable. Why despise yourself?"
"No one in this world, whether princess or prince, is worth your while!"
"In the end, you'll be left with nothing. What's the point?!"
"You're both right," Renee retorted calmly. "But if I'm happy to be a lapdog, why deprive me of that happiness?"
"Junior Brother Allen, by the spirits of my ancestors, my dream is to be your dog! If you're polite to me, I won't be happy! "
After saying that, Renee kissed him on the cheek and ran away with a shy smile.
A deep sense of powerlessness crept into Allen's heart.
Reni had given him a deeper understanding of the diversity of human nature.
…
Inheritance Pavilion.
The injection observation room also served as a reading room.
Alan sat in a private room, intently reading.
On the desk, neatly stacked bundles of scrolls lay.
These were all valuable materials he had exchanged for his contribution points to the sect.
Formulas for awakening potions for various martial arts and spells below level three.
I may not need them myself, but they serve primarily as a technical reserve.
In the future, when I establish a martial arts school or a sorcerer family, these formulas will be a valuable legacy for my disciples and grandchildren.
The most important scroll among them is the formula for the tranquilizing awakening potion that Allen is currently reading.
The complexity of the formula and the difficulty of the process are beyond imagination.
For Allen, the alchemy process is not a problem.
Spit it in, and it will be a good product. The chance of awakening the Calming Meditation Technique was 100%.
What really gave him a headache was the formula.
The Calming Meditation Potion required three types of ingredients.
The simplest type was the medicinal lead.
A single drop of blood from a beastman would suffice.
The higher the rank of the beastman who provided the blood, the higher the chance that the resulting potion, after injection, would successfully awaken the Calming Meditation Technique.
Correspondingly, the chance of side effects like allergic reactions or bloodline collapse was also lower.
The upper limit of cultivation for a pure beastman is... Stopped at the fourth level.
Therefore, the best medicinal ingredient is the blood of a fourth-level beastman.
Alan himself possesses the blood of a third-level beastman; those of higher levels can beg for alms from Sister Lion.
Maria recently broke through a bottleneck and advanced to the early fourth level.
At only twenty-one, she became the youngest elder in the Cat Academy.
Originally, she was quite proud and hosted a banquet for her teachers and fellow disciples to celebrate.
At the banquet, Master Shiva's few words flattened her.
"A fourth-level at twenty-one—not bad."
"When I was twenty-one, I was only in the late fourth level."
"To break my record, the Cat Academy can only rely on Alan."
"He still has five years, a chance to set a new record." "
The information Master Shiva inadvertently revealed sparked a connection in Allen's mind.
His so-called talent was actually entirely due to system cheats.
Excluding this factor, he was far behind, not to mention a peerless genius like Teacher Shiva, even compared to Maria.
Teacher Shiva advanced to the late fourth stage at the age of twenty-one, and is now at the late fifth stage.
Given her talent and speed of cultivation, ten years should be enough to advance from the late fourth stage to the late fifth stage.
According to this calculation, Master Shiva is now in his early thirties, the same age as Ms. Sora.
Considering her status and cultivation level, she is incredibly young!
But her cute little girl appearance doesn't really look like a young woman in her prime.
"I won't invite you and the teacher to dinner from now on. It's too damaging to your pride!" "
After dinner, Sister Lion complained to Allen, feeling aggrieved.
She also requested him to sleep with her, claiming her wounded heart needed solace.
As for the overnight stay fee, of course, she would just... keep it in the account.
After the passionate lovemaking, Maria, on a whim, asked Allen to show her his account book.
Allan satisfied her curiosity.
Maria enthusiastically reviewed the accounts and realized she already owed Allen too much.
If she gritted her teeth, tightened her belt, and strictly abstained from sex, given her status, It wasn't like she couldn't pay it back.
However, there were two problems.
First, she couldn't give up.
With a "beauty" like Ellen living next door, she couldn't resist having sex even after killing Sister Lion.
Second, the debt owed to Ellen would have to be charged interest.
The interest wasn't high, just ordinary usury.
With the interest compounded, she really couldn't pay it back.
Maria wasn't anxious; instead, she smiled with a smug smile.
"Sweetheart, there's a saying that goes, 'A debt is always a burden.'
"I owe you too much. You must love me well in the future."
"Otherwise, if I become distraught and commit suicide one day, all this money will become a bad debt!"
"My dear, you don't want to lose a huge debt and not be able to collect it, do you?"
"I'm not the only sorceress in this account book who owes you a lot of money for prostitution! "
"You don't want this to get out and inspire them to follow my example and lie low and refuse to pay, right?"
"So, you'd better not force me to pay! "
Alan shook his head in silence, closing the account book with a wry smile.
Maria, triumphant, sat up triumphantly, and put her pressure on him into action.
Alan collected his thoughts and frowned.
Maria, a scoundrel, couldn't be expected to repay her debt.
How about drawing some blood from her to use as a raw material for the medicine?
That way, it wouldn't be such a big loss.
The second ingredient in the tranquilizer, moonlight pollen, is an allergen for beastmen.
It's also a necessary ingredient for desensitization therapy.
It's well known that beastmen are particularly sensitive to moonlight.
Emotional loss in moonlight is essentially an allergic reaction.
In addition to natural moonlight, moonlight simulated by magic or supernatural forces can also trigger allergic reactions in beastmen.
For example, Allen's "Moonlight Light" and "Moon Shadow Bullet" are examples.
Silvermoon Island possesses a supernatural plant called the Moonflower.
The Moonflower radiates a magical glow similar to moonlight.
Specifically, the luminous substance is the Moonflower's pollen.
Moonflower pollen is a necessary ingredient in the tranquilizing meditation potion.
The potion contains a trace amount of Moonflower pollen, which, when injected into a beastman, can trigger a mild allergic reaction.
No one can control the moonlight at night, but the amount of Moonflower pollen in the potion can be controlled.
Inducing a mild allergic reaction within safe limits and gradually adapting is the general principle of "desensitization therapy."
Moonflower pollen is a bridge that helps beastmen desensitize themselves to moonlight.
Besides moonlight, injuries and the sight of blood can also easily trigger a beastman's madness. Therefore, a third type of medicinal herb is needed to curb the frenzied impulse.
This type of medicinal herb can be divided into two categories.
The first type is creatures naturally adept at the 2nd-level magic "Calm the Mind."
The "Calm the Mind" spell, as the name suggests, can calm a subject experiencing abnormal emotions.
In actual combat, it is often used to counter "Rage."
The scroll Alan redeemed thoughtfully listed many magical creatures naturally awakened with the "Calm the Mind" ability.
For example: Nymphs, Sirens, Swan Maidens, Nagas, Fauns, Unicorns, Winged Serpent Angels, and so on...
All of these creatures are natural sorcerers, mostly fairies.
Their blood can be used as medicine.
The potency of the medicine varies.
The greater the strength of the creature, the stronger the medicinal properties of their blood.
Fauns are the weakest and can only be used to brew first-tier potions.
Winged Serpent Angels are the strongest, more than capable of brewing fourth-tier potions.
The other creatures between these two are quite versatile.
Alan only considered the highest-grade potions.
Winged Serpent Angels mostly live in the celestial realm and are difficult to find.
Of the other candidate medicinal ingredients, the blood of Nagas and Swan Maidens is the easiest to obtain.
Near the town of New Quint lies Saddle Lake.
On the north shore of the lake are swarms of Water Nagas.
On the south shore of Saddle Lake, legend has it that swans often descend, transform into beautiful women, and play in the lake.
This is the Swan Maiden, a kindly, romantic, and affectionate female elf.
Water Nagas live in groups and have tamed ferocious, multi-headed serpent lizards.
Seeing the situation loom, these evil serpent demons dived to the bottom of the lake and hid.
Alan wasn't adept at naval warfare, and provoking the powerful Naga clan would inevitably bring disaster to the fledgling town of New Gwent.
The beautiful and affectionate Swan Lady seemed easier to deal with.
In addition, there's a class of supernatural plants that naturally secrete substances with calming effects, which can also be used as medicine.
For example, the alkaloids produced by mandrake can be used to refine a first-level tranquilizing meditation potion.
More advanced meditation potions require higher-quality medicinal materials.
For example, the "Intoxicating Mist" exuded by the "Viper Vine" and the calming fragrance emitted by the nectar of "Ailaona."
To prepare a fourth-level tranquilizing meditation potion, one of the above two must be used.
Coincidentally, Moonflower, Viper Vine, and Ailaona all inhabit the "Flower Demon Valley" near New Gwent Territory.
The name "Flower Fairy Valley" comes from Elona, known as the "Flower Fairy Queen."
Alan had long known that Flower Fairy Valley was a carefully guarded resource point of the Silver Moon Monastery, and non-monastic members were prohibited from entering.
Now he understood why the monastery attached such special importance to this place.
The root cause lies in the three key medicinal herbs produced there.
After sorting out the recipe list, Alan next determined his herb-collecting targets.
First, Moonlight Pollen.
Moonlight pollen is not to be trifled with, possessing the power of a late-level third-tier nature sorcerer.
Alan was accustomed to challenging opponents of higher levels and was not afraid.
Choose the blood of either the Swan Girl or the Water Naga.
Both possessed a power level between late-level second and early-level third.
A fight was inevitable for the Naga's blood.
A peaceful trade was possible for the Swan Girl.
As a gentleman, love and peace were precisely the principles Allen upheld.
Therefore, he preferred to talk to the Swan Lady.
In the end, between Viper Vine and Elona, Allen chose the former.
Viper Vine's strength was equivalent to that of an early-stage fourth-tier warlock.
Allen wasn't sure of victory, but he wasn't afraid of the challenge.
Elona, the "Flower Fairy Queen," was said to possess the strength of a fifth-tier warlock!
Allen didn't want to court disaster, so he could only keep his distance.
...
On the south shore of Saddle Lake.
Allen, wearing a straw hat and hunting clothes, gazed out at the vast expanse of blue water.
A flock of swans played on the vast lake.
A hint of disappointment crossed Allen's eyes.
They were just ordinary swans.
He had been waiting by the lake for a week, but still hadn't seen the legendary Swan Lady.
Alan couldn't help but waver.
Instead of wasting time here, why not try his luck on the north shore?
Maybe there's a chance to hunt a lone naga...?
Just then, the clear cry of geese echoed through the air.
Alan turned and gazed up at the sky.
A flock of snow-white swans, forming a V-shaped formation.
They were flying from the southern peaks.
Alan quickly crouched in the grass.
He raised his monoculars and peered through the tube to observe the swans.
He discovered they were noticeably larger than ordinary swans!
From head to tail, they measured a full two meters, with a wingspan exceeding four meters!
As he watched, seven swans landed on the lakeside.
They collectively rose to their feet, transforming from swans into young women.
Their pristine white feathers transformed into a cloak-like garment.
The seven swan maidens successively shed their feathered garments, revealing their fair, alluring bodies.
The seven sisters entered the lake, frolicking and splashing about joyfully, seemingly defenseless.
Alan put away his binoculars, suppressed his excitement, and, keeping his footsteps as light as possible, crept under the cover of the bushes toward where the swan maidens had piled their clothes.
According to the scroll, there are two common ways to obtain the blood of a swan maiden.
Swan maidens are natural water sorcerers who favor water magic stones.
Those with ample funds can purchase the blood of a swan maiden with water magic stones.
There is another method, requiring no capital.
Take advantage of the swan maidens' bathing opportunity to steal their feathered garments.
Without their feathered garments, the swan maidens cannot transform back into swans, and thus lose their ability to fly.
Using the feathered garments to blackmail the swan maidens in exchange for their blood is also a viable strategy.
The Water Demon Stone was quite expensive, and Allen couldn't bear to spend it, so he resorted to being a thief.
A white feather cloak, still lingering with body fragrance, lay carelessly discarded on the grass.
Alan reached over and grabbed one.
Just then, the Qi sensor sounded a warning!
Two figures suddenly emerged from the bushes!
Alan looked over warily...
Three pairs of eyes met, and they were all stunned.
Those two were old acquaintances of Allen.
The bald man with green eyebrows, Baker, the genius of the Bear Yard.
The round-faced, chubby boy, Hogg, the genius of the Pig Yard.
He had never expected to meet again here.
"Brother Allen, what a coincidence!"
Hogg was about to greet him when Allen covered his mouth.
"Shh—"
Alan pointed toward the lake.
Baker and Hogg quickly shrank back into the grass.
The three geniuses of the Silver Moon Monastery crouched in a circle, plotting.
"Brothers, are you here for the swan feather robes as well?" Alan whispered.
Baker and Hogg nodded in unison.
"We're collecting herbs for a tranquilizing and meditative potion," Baker asked in a low voice. "Brother Alan, are you also...?"
"Same here!" Alan grabbed two feather robes and handed them to Baker and Hogg.
"There are plenty of swan feather robes, more than enough for the three of us."
"Wait a minute, the three of us will negotiate with the seven sisters together."
"I'll play the good cop and demand an exorbitant price. Brother Baker, you look fierce, so you'll be in charge of shouting and threatening those female goblins."
"Brother Hogg, you look festive, so you'll play the good cop and smooth things over. You'll persuade them to be more open-minded. Since we're here, it would be rude not to donate blood."
"Brothers, what do you think?"
"I think so!" Hogg agreed immediately.
"Well, am I really that fierce?" Baker said, his face aggrieved. "Actually, everyone who knows me knows I have a good temper."
"The swan girls don't recognize you, but judging by your appearance, you're definitely the toughest to mess with, Brother Baker!" Allen laughed.
"Well, that's true," Koala sighed helplessly.
"Hehe..."
A girl's tittering could be heard from behind.
"Three thieves, have you agreed?"
Pig and Bear's expressions suddenly changed!
Alan's heart trembled.
The laughter came from just outside the range of Qi Qi, so even he hadn't noticed it beforehand.
The seven swan sisters had sneaked over without anyone noticing.
All seven of them were naked, their clothes still wet.
Their fair, supple skin glowed with a healthy glow.
Save for the sapphire pendants around their necks, they were completely naked.
Standing before the strange man, they showed no sign of shyness.
The seven fairies, smiling, watched the three men plotting.
Three underwear thieves, caught red-handed by their victim.
They stared at each other, speechless for a moment.
The atmosphere was tense. Finally, it was Alan who broke the awkward silence. He picked up a feather cloak and said nonchalantly to the swans: "My two brothers and I were strolling by the lake when we stumbled upon this pile of clothing."
"If it's yours, we'd be happy to return it."
"The problem is, how are you going to prove you're the owner?"
"How about this? Each of you draw a tube of blood and give it to me. With a little magic, I can use the blood to identify you as the owner of the feathered cloak."
"Seven ladies, what do you think?"
At Alan's words, the seven sisters burst into laughter, as if he'd just told a hilarious joke.
Seeing this, Alan sighed.
He guessed they'd probably been tricked by the seven fairies!
Over there, Brother Bear and Brother Pig were still a little confused.
"Junior Brother Allen, something's not right." Hogg clutched the feathered robe tightly, a look of confusion on his face. "The swan girls... don't seem to be in a hurry to reclaim it?"
As soon as he finished speaking, the eldest swan girl snapped her fingers.
Snap!
The feathered robes in Allen, Baker, and Hogg's hands disintegrated, turning into a pile of goose feathers.
It turned out to be a fake created by magic!
The pendants worn around the seven sisters' necks had built-in storage space.
Opening them, they took out the real magical feathered robes and put them on.
Wow!
Alan, Baker, and Hogg were all stunned!
This was called a "fishing expedition."
Caught three smart-aleck fish!
"Hehehe~ Three handsome guys, you don't want your scandal of peeping at women bathing and stealing their underwear to get out, do you?"
A swan girl threatened with a smile.
"If you don't want your reputation ruined, you'll have to listen to us sisters!"
"Serve us seven sisters well, and your wishes will be granted."
Seven beautiful female fairies, smiling coquettishly and licking their lips, surrounded Allen and the other two.
They didn't hide the lust in their eyes.
They didn't steal the underwear, but instead fell into the fairies' trap.
The three rising stars of Silver Moon Monastery looked at each other in bewilderment.
What should they do next?
Baker and Hogg whispered to Allen about countermeasures.
If the three of them teamed up to deal with the seven swan sisters, they would have no problem escaping unscathed.
However, if they couldn't defeat them, they could transform into swans and fly away.
None of our three companions can fly, so there's no way to chase them!
If we let the seven sisters escape, wouldn't this whole trip be in vain?!
Alan especially didn't want to return empty-handed.
The system notification echoed in his mind.
"Special ingredient detected!"
"Insufficient sample, unable to identify!"
Alan's heart skipped a beat, and he cast a long glance at the sixth of the seven sisters.
The scent of the special ingredient emanated from her.
"Well, since we're here anyway, why not... just accept it!"
"I hope they'll keep their word."
Baker and Hogg reluctantly accepted the deal.
Alan had no objections.
The seven sisters were pleased with their tactful approach.
They had a party on the sunny lakeside lawn.
The swans were natural sorcerers, and all seven sisters had awakened the third-level spell "Deep Sleep."
If this spell had been cast in combat, Baker and Hogg's mental resistance would have made it easy to resist the hypnosis.
However, these cunning fairies waited until they were completely exhausted to cast the spell.
With their energy drained, Baker and Hogg's vigilance was greatly weakened.
They were hypnotized without resistance, sleeping like bears and pigs.
The swans also cast a spell on Alan, but the results were quite different.
Alan's mental attributes were abnormally high.
The swans cast the spell on him twenty times, and they wouldn't have succeeded even once.
Furthermore, Alan's practice of the fourth-level Soothing Meditation technique allowed him to resist mental magic up to the fourth level.
Alan sensed the seven sisters' ill intentions, but kept quiet.
Pretending to be hypnotized, eyes closed, snoring.
The seven sisters tied up the three unconscious men and then transformed into seven large horned swans.
The seven white swans, each clinging to a rope, pulled the three unconscious men away from the lake.
They flew south, reaching the cliffs of Shark Fin Peak.
Baker and Hogg were awakened by the cold wind.
The realization of being high in the air left them terrified.
Even after regaining consciousness, they dared not struggle.
At this point, they could only resign themselves to fate.
After passing through the clouds, a steep cliff lay ahead.
The seven sisters, without slowing down, crashed head-on into the cliff!
The seemingly solid stone wall was actually a magical illusion.
After passing through a protective barrier, a different world appeared on the other side.
The Seven Sisters' retreat, "Swan Cave," is actually a demiplane, a so-called "secret space."
Seven stone chambers have been carved into the interior of "Swan Cave."
The seven sisters' boudoirs are elegantly decorated.
The spacious hall in the center of the cave, carpeted with soft carpet, serves as the seven sisters' shared living room.
A vast white jade bathing pool has been excavated in the center of the hall.
A magical cleansing technique ensures the water remains eternally clear.
The Seven Sisters often swim here.
The sisters' dinner consists of fish and shrimp caught in the lake.
Fairies are fairies, after all; they reveal their true form upon eating.
The Seven Sisters transform into swans, devouring the fish raw, spines and scales intact.
As for the exquisite silver tableware and pristine white porcelain plates on the table, they are merely decorative touches purchased by the sisters to enhance their elegance. The three captives, now freed, frowned in unison as they watched the goblins feasting.
"Aren't you three hungry? Eat too!" the eldest swan sister said enthusiastically.
Alan didn't mind eating raw fish and shrimp, but the way the seven sisters were eating was too vulgar and ungentlemanly.
He borrowed a knife from the eldest swan sister, scaled the fish, removed the entrails, and sliced it into evenly thick slices, arranging them on a pristine white tray.
Then, using his "seasoning technique," he adjusted the water to taste like sauce.
The seven sisters, curious, transformed back into human form and followed Alan's instructions, dipping the raw fish slices into the sauce. After tasting it, they marveled at the deliciousness!
With the wine and food to cheer them up, the seven swan sisters gradually let down their guard.
They frankly told Alan that their main purpose for going out to bathe was to entrap men.
If they found one they liked, they would capture it and place it under house arrest.
The men wouldn't be sent down the mountain until all seven sisters were pregnant and laid eggs.
The hatched babies were, as per custom, sent back to their mother's home to be raised.
"Where is your mother's home?" Allen casually inquired.
"The Fairy Wilds, the home of the fairies," the fourth swan sister replied softly.
"Don't you miss home?" Allen continued.
"Occasionally..." the fourth sister replied calmly. "We fairies have a long lifespan. Every ten or eight years, when we feel homesick, we go back."
Perhaps because they lacked motherly care since childhood, the bond between mother and daughter among the swan women is weak.
On the other hand, sisters who grew up together have a deep bond and live together tirelessly.
"Seven ladies, please forgive my frankness!"
Baker, drunken, couldn't help but grumble.
"We agreed that after we made love, you would give me blood as a token of your love, and we'd part ways amicably."
"And now, the three of us brothers have worked so hard to serve you, and not only have you broken your promise, you've also forcibly abducted us and brought us here!"
"Swan Lady, supposedly a kind fairy, treats us three innocent young men like this?"
"You're kidnapping! You're forcing us! That's too much!"
"That's right!" Hogg nodded in agreement. "Your actions are truly unlike those of kind fairies!"
"The sisters laughed so hard at the two's complaints.
Then, one after another, they refuted Baker's accusations.
"You two fools! What do you think fairies are?"
"You stole feathers!"
Why don't you talk about good and evil and fairness when you're wearing clothes?"
"If you hadn't had evil intentions, how could you have fallen into our trap?"
"It's precisely because we're kindhearted that we're feeding you well."
"If it were a wicked witch, we'd drain you dry and then kill you for meat!"
Baker and Hogg were speechless.
It was indeed their side that had the evil intentions first, so the swan woman couldn't be blamed for her deception.
Seeing the two men speechless after being rebuked, Alan chuckled to himself.
Unnoticed, he had hidden a small piece of goose egg under his plate.
Inside the eggshell, there was still some fresh egg liquid.
He dipped his fingertips into the egg liquid and sucked it in his mouth.
A series of system prompts echoed in his mind.
"Consume special ingredient: Swan Woman's Egg!"
"Potential +1!" "
"Spirit +1!"
Current Attributes: Constitution 29, Agility 25, Spirit 36
Potential Reserve: 1
