Han Ruochen's eyes widened. She turned to look at her mother in shock and disbelief. Was her mother trying to sow discord between Han Ziyan and their father? Han Ruochen wanted to ask her mother what she meant by those words.
"Fine, since you want me to be fair, let me tell you why I refused Ruochen and Xuehan to help you with the chores. I will let you know all about the fairness that you speak of." Han Yichen was so angry that he gasped a few breaths. "Look at the courtyard and my clothes. Even this bed where I used to sleep before my accident is all cleaned up. You think that no work had been done, but if you ask me, more than the entire house had been cleaned up, except for a few rooms."
After hearing what Han Yichen said, Meng Yunhan did not calm down. If anything, she became even more furious. She turned to look at Han Ruochen and glared at her, along with Han Xuehan. These two were really good!
