Old Madam Han did not want to continue this depressing topic anymore and said to Han Xuehan, "Let's go; I will prepare some braised pork noodles for you. I was planning on making some crab roe fried rice but obviously we need to change the plan."
Though she said that one could see that Old Madam Han was only joking, which made Han Xuehan feel relaxed as well.
"Do you want to eat some sticky rice dumplings?" Old Madam Han asked as she took Han Xuehan inside the house. She was worried that after what happened Han Xuehan would end up becoming even more reserved. So, she took the liberty to treat her better lest Han Xuehan end up retreating in her shell once again.
