It was a desperate move... a high-velocity blast of chakra aimed to blow away the intruder through the wall. But Dodai was faster as he carefully took the toddler into his arms, tucking her into his chest.
Hizashi realized his mistake mid-motion. The Vacuum Palm was already unleashed. It would hit Dodai, yes, but at this range, the concussive force would likely kill Hinata as well.
"Damn it!" Hizashi yelled, trying to veer the attack, but it was too late.
Dodai looked Hizashi dead in the eye. In that split second of terror, Dodai's lips moved into a mocking gesture. "Thank you."
Dodai didn't try to dodge. Instead, he spat rubber around himself and Hinata into a perfect sphere, his limbs locking together. "Lava Release: Rubber Ball!"
The Vacuum Palm struck the rubberized sphere with immense force. Instead of shattering him, the blast acted as the ultimate propulsion. The rubber ball, reinforced with Dodai's chakra, absorbed the impact and converted it into kinetic energy which set him sail.
The ball smashed through the sliding doors and pulverized the reinforced stone fortifications of the outer wall. It moved with a unnatural velocity, bouncing off the main hall and careening across the compound.
Inside the core of the technique, Dodai gripped the small, trembling form of Hinata Hyuga. Every impact sent a jolt through his boots, but the Rubber Ball absorbed the worst of the momentum.
As they are out of the Hyuga estate, Dodai looked down at the girl in his arms. Hinata was sobbing, her pale eyes wide with a terror. "Should I have taken the mother, too?" For a fleeting second, he wondered.
He dismissed the thought as a second person would have been a liability. Though he could carry a grown woman while maintaining the balance of his jutsu, but the extra weight would have reduced the Rubber Ball's speed. He would have been caught before he even reached the village walls, forced into a protracted battle against the Hyuga.
He shook Hinata gently, his voice low. "ooh ooh aah aah... Don't worry soon, you will be one of the few princesses of the Hidden Cloud. You'll be a Kunoichi of Kumo, stronger than any of your kin back there."
The ball rolled to a final, hissing halt near the dense forest of the border. Dodai didn't waste a second. He abandoned the technique and sprinted toward the northern Konoha border. He stayed far away from the main skirmish where the Kumo and Konoha elites currently were.
Instead, he headed for a pre-arranged fallback point where a handful of Kumo's finest sensors and reinforcement units waited to cover his retreat if he was being followed.

Meanwhile, at the Konoha gate.
The Third Raikage, was currently being hemmed in by a deadly trinity: the Sealing Chains of Mito Uzumaki, the devastating Bijuu Balls of Blue B... and the relentless heavy hits from Tsunade.
Danzo had summoned the nightmare elephant, Baku, its trunk acting like a vacuum that threatened to pull unconscious Kaien again. But Aya was faster. Clad in her Lightning Release Armor, she pivoted, her hand stiffening into a multitude of whip.
"Storm Release: Crazy Laser Circus!"
The blow vaporized the air in its path. The massive trunk of the Baku was severed in a spray of blood. The summon let out a muffled high-pitched, echoing trumpeting of agony before dissolving into a cloud of smoke.
Just by the side, Minato Namikaze was fighting someone he wasn't prepared for. He wasn't fighting an enemy... he was fighting his love, Kushina.
Minato attempted to close the distance with his Flying Raijin, but Kushina knew his technique better than anyone. She had manifested a form he had never seen: the Adamantine Sealing Armor. Golden chains wove around her limbs and body. In this "Golden Valkyrie" state, she was an impenetrable fortress. He can't place his FTG seal on her like this.
She swatted aside his marked kunai with a contemptuous flick of her sealing chains.
Sango Hibaku sensing the Dodai's signal raised a hand. "Raikage-sama! It's done. Dodai has succeeded."
As if on cue, Sango triggered all the "mild" explosives he had seeded throughout the eastern district. They weren't designed to damage the village, but the chain reaction of concussive blasts created a wall of fire and dust that made konoha's clan head panic at the thought of what was happening.
The Raikage wiped a streak of blood from his nose, as he gasped for the air. With a surge of speed, he hammered a fist into Blue B's gut to knock the wind out of him, pivoted to plant a heavy kick into Mito's face, and delivered a punch that sent Tsunade skidding backward towards the Konoha Gate.
As the dust settled, the Kumo elites gathered around their Raikage as he looked at Kushina and nodded. She stepped forward, her golden armor dissipating into a soft glow. She took a deep breath, so that every Konoha shinobi in the vicinity could hear her.
"I, Kushina Uzumaki, hereby sever my ties with the Hidden Leaf," she declared. "I shall rebuild Uzushiogakure, and I will serve as its First Uzushiokage."
The Raikage stepped up beside her, crossing his massive arms over his chest. "And let it be known," His voice in a low rumble, "that Kumo recognizes and supports Uzushiogakure as the Sixth Great Hidden Village. Any strike against the friend of Kumo is a strike against us. Now that the introductions are over, we're leaving."
Hokage Danzo stood with a blank expression of not knowing what was happening. For once, the old mummy was speechless. "What... what madness is this?" he thought.
Mito Uzumaki stepped forward. "Kushina, stop this nonsense. The Nine-Tails belongs to Konoha. It is a balance of power you cannot simply walk away with. You will force the world in a state of warring era."
Kushina turned her gaze toward the old Mito. "It's seems old people really are slow in understanding. I don't care what you think you own, Mito. I have surpassed your mastery of the sealing arts. You can do nothing against me."
The Raikage stepped between them. "We're done here. You have a village to tend to and wounds to lick."
"You guys move!" The Raikage commanded.
Minato's urged with a sadness. He looked like a man watching his world collapse."Kushina! Please!" "Don't do this. Don't leave me. Whatever they told you, whatever forbidden jutsu they used on you... we can fix it, you are being controlled. Come back to your senses. Konoha is your home! Let's go back to who we once were."
Kushina paused, looking back at Minato. There was no hatred in her eyes, only pity.
"Minato," she said softly, "you really are pathetic. If you ever decide to stop serving as lapdog for these old men. And if you want to be an Uzushio Ninja just like Orochimaru. Uzushio welcomes you".

A/N: Hinata and Orochimaru captured. kushina no longer in Konoha's hands. Kumo officially recognises Uzushio as the Sixth Hidden Village.
Renga and Mabui marked all the path they have walked in Konoha. 3rd, his son and Aya or killer Bee can be sent at anytime in heart of Konoha.
Kumo also received Caged Bird seal, Reanimation jutsu, multiple exploding tags and Reverse trigram seal and jutsu which Kumo lacks. And Billions ryo.
Sango damaged Konoha quite a bit. (No one was killed though).
Kumo sown distrust against Uchiha, and took a big step into making Uchiha clan a part of Kumo.
And gave PTSD to Danzo.
