Victoria winked at her. "And you love me for it. Now eat your breakfast before it gets cold. We still have to talk about how fast you moved on my boy… and what exactly you plan to show him tomorrow."
Diana glanced at me shyly, her foot gently brushing against mine under the table as if seeking comfort. I smiled and squeezed her hand under the table, letting her know I was right there with her.
The breakfast table felt warm, chaotic, and strangely perfect — filled with laughter, teasing, and the beginning of something real.
After finishing breakfast, Diana suddenly winked at Victoria with a playful yet determined glint in her eyes. She stood up gracefully from the table and announced in a light, teasing tone, "I am taking your son on a date today. Don't wait up for us, okay?"
