On January 6th, five Ronin fighters fill Korakuen Hall, with Aramaki headlining the card in a JBC Super Featherweight title defense.
The event is kept deliberately modest. Three of their younger fighters make their professional debuts tonight, each going the full three rounds and winning by decision.
"Three fights, three wins for the Ronin newcomers," the commentator says. "All three have looked confident, composed, and convincing in their professional debuts."
"A very promising start for the young fighters tonight," the other one adds. "The question now is, can Ronin keep this momentum going?"
Satoru, meanwhile, takes his place in the semifinal bout, competing in a JBC Lightweight ranking fight.
"Now comes the real test."
"Satoru is about to face Kobayashi Ayano. Both are former All Japan Rookie King winners, from different generations."
"But Ayano's now ranked sixth in the JBC right now, so this is going to be a difficult assignment for Satoru."
