Chapter-108: do you want to avenge martin?
It is both her blessing and also her death curse. She cannot come out of this role easily. While thinking she decided to leave Jackson for the time being and go to do her things before coming back and taking care of other things.
She returned back to her house and started to wash up before resting. The system told her that martin is dead and Mohini sighed and asked the system. "Did the soul of martin leave this world or come here to look at me."
She did this kind of thing before. So she is surer that something like this can actually happen. So she asked the system about this matter and the system spoke. "No host. The one that tried to extract his secrets destroyed his soul."
"I heard that soul cannot be destroyed right system. How can she destroy the soul?" She asked the system with some doubts. The system answered. "Host destruction of soul did not mean that the soul is destroyed.
It just lost its soul energy along with its memories making it a fresh soul that did not have any connection. This kind of souls cannot become ghosts or spirits instead they would be recycled directly in the pool of reincarnation…"
"So martin forgot about everything and left this world for good. Well I can only hope that he can have a good life at least in his next life." After saying that, Mohini slept peacefully. In this house she is alone without a husband, father in law or brother in law.
None of the three are alive. Mohini would leave this house tomorrow and go to their new house without a care the apocalypse would start soon few days and she would start at a new place. The cops might come to her.
So she is staying here for the time being. Before the high temperature starts she would go to the new house. It is not that well decorated. But it has partial decoration and there is a special hidden room for her.
This room has all necessary things. To be precise everything is in her space and she just had some arrangements that can let her live here comfortably. She slept peacefully waiting for the big news in the morning next day.
If there is no news she would directly go to her new house. After the death of martin the system would lose connection to the other system because they are destroyed. So she cannot have any news about the situation there.
That is if the heroine left the body of martin there or just destroyed it or something else. While thinking, Mohini asked the system. "System, what is the name of the woman that is the heroine that killed martin?"
"Host, she is a cannon fodder before and now has slight amount of heroine aura. Her name is Chang Ling. She is traveling this place thinking that like in those novels she can collect some guns and other things cheaply.

Only the top two guns she checked are real and proper guns while the rest are mostly junk. Any way they might not be useful in the cultivation world. They are barely useful in the current world. Her cheat is actually a planting space.
She also has some cultivation experience along with a special technique that made her able to extract the cheating tool martin. Unfortunately she did not succeed because the tool is a system and it got destroyed along with martin.
Why are you asking host, don't tell me that you actually loved martin and want to avenge him in the future?" The system asked Mohini with some doubts about Mohini.
"It is not like that, I just want to know who she is and be careful in the future. After all I have many things on my hand. My brick bowl, the space and other things are tempting for most people and I cannot give chances to others and lose my life stupidly right system…"
Mohini replied with casual face and the system believed her. Mohini has sent Jackson to do his things and got his contact information so that she can call him for some things if needed. Also in the future if there is a chance that his power is increasing she would kill him early.

In the morning next day, the cops did not come to her and there is no news of anyone dying or anything. Well the other cannon fodder heroine only killed martin but Mohini killed more than 50 people yesterday.
So the news she is searching for is about these people missing reports. But there is nothing and she felt peaceful about this matter. After simple check she left this house and went to her new apartment flat that she designed.
This design makes the flat look really run down. That is made of cheap material. One can easily open the door and come inside. Also the flat is just at the right height where it would not be damaged by heavy sun or big floods later.
The loose security was made because she will have easy time cheating with others barging into her house. Since martin is dead and there is no cuckold system then this is completely useless. She doesn't want to be disturbed by those smelly and sweaty men.
If there are benefits she doesn't mind having fun. Since there are no benefits she will not do anything like that and wanted to renovate the house again. So she contacted the renovators she knows.
She has money on hand from hacking and other means, she spent it directly to make the house into a strong hold. This way her safety is guaranteed during the rest time. Even if they broke in they will not get anything because most of the things will be in her space.
