I know that this world has strange powers, but this is too much even for me.
Eve dodged one of the strikes; the defilement only picked up one of her swords with the arm that protruded from her chest, while the other two swords lay discarded at her feet. The defilement's main arms were used for blocking Eve's kicks and to punch her when she got too close or too far away for her sword to slash at her.
What the hell do I even do?
Eve dashed back into the woman's range. As she reached top speed, she got on her knees and slid just barely off the sand. Nightfall nearly cut into the woman's left knee, but the middle arm was too fast and parried before it could even graze it. Sparks flew off the swords as two worlds collided. Once Eve's slide was almost over, she jumped and turned around to face her.
She wiped the blood that had accumulated on her cheek from the slash she got a few moments ago. At the same time, her mind raced with possibilities, and she got an idea.
Nightfall is heavy, but I can wield it with just one hand.
She did the same thing, picked up speed, and slid over the sand. But before Nightfall could get parried, she pulled it back with all of her might. Successfully feinting her out, she let go with her left hand and grabbed one of the discarded swords.
She spun back around to face her.
"Hmm, you really are a bad girl. Stealing from a helpless woman like me."
"Shut up."
She turned the sword over, putting it into a reverse hammer grip. Because the length of the sword wasn't that big, she could do it without any issue. Eve brought the pommel close to her cut cheek, then she let Nightfall hang from her thigh, the tip submerging into the sand.
Eve remained static, while the defilement bent down and grabbed two handfuls of sand. The sword that was held by her middle arm was poised in a fencing stance. She slowly started to walk up to her.
Watch the sword; she has it in a thrusting position. Don't mind the sand, you see her clearly.
Once the woman got in range of striking, she thrusted her sword, but pulled it back as soon as she did it. Eve's new sword crashed down, but missed because she didn't think it was a feint.
She was left open.
Before Eve could pull back her arm, the woman kicked sand directly into her face instead. Some sand entered Eve's eyes, momentarily blinding her.
At the instant Eve was left blind, the woman dropped the sand from her right hand and punched her straight in the jaw. Eve managed to regain her senses quickly, even though she got hit in the jaw. But as she did, a handful of sand was thrown in her face from the woman's left hand.
But this time, the defilement didn't try to punch her; she thrusted her sword, aiming for Eve's abdomen.
The tip of the defilement's sword crashed against Nightfall, not by choice, just by accident. Because when Eve was blinded for the second time, she raised Nightfall a bit by reflex, successfully stopping the attack.
Eve's eyes were closed and burning, yet just by the sound of the woman's sword hitting Nightfall, Eve managed to pinpoint her exact location with lightning-fast reflexes. She raised her right leg and tried to hit the woman in her left knee.
Then, CRACK.
Eve's foot landed with a devastating crack against the defilement's knee. But since only Eve was blinded, the defilement saw her clearly. The woman's left arm closed around Eve's right leg, holding her in place. The woman had seen it coming and risked the hit only to trap Eve.
In the instance Eve felt something holding her in place, she opened her watery eyes. She saw her foot stuck and the defilement ready to pierce her sword through it. She searched for ideas but only found one in a split second. With her left foot still on the ground, she jumped backward. Since she was trapped, her one-legged jump didn't push her back, but by aligning her back to hit the sand, she managed to use the motion from the jump to kick away the woman's sword.
Eve landed on the sand with a thud. In barely a second, the defilement looked at her middle arm where her sword had been, then at Eve, then at the leg that she was still holding.
She jumped on top of her at the same time, letting go of Eve's leg.
Both of the woman's main arms found Eve's wrists and held her, while the middle arm found Eve's throat. Panic began to set in Eve's mind; she was stuck.
"What now, missy?" the woman asked Eve, chuckling.
Eve began to squirm under her, trying to dislodge her, but she wasn't successful.
"Fuck... you," Eve's voice came out raspy from the hold on her neck.
"Such crude words from those pretty lips of yours."
The woman let go of Eve's right wrist, and in the second she let it go, she crashed her foot on top of her wrist. She did the same thing with the other wrist; her main arms were now free.
"Honey, come on, be a dear and stop resisting. It's futile," she said, her grip tightening on Eve's larynx.
Her arms cupped Eve's face into a gentle caress, a horrific contrast to the death grip that she was applying to Eve's throat. The color was escaping from Eve's face, her vision blurring.
Eve was on the verge of passing out, but once she heard "Honey," her mind wandered to her mother. Then she realized from whom the words actually came. Wrath started to boil in her soul, and her consciousness snapped back for just a bit.
"D-Don't call me t-that," Eve spat through gritted teeth.
In the pursuit of playing with Eve, the defilement had become cocky and used her feet to hold Eve's wrists. Because it's easier to free yourself of a foot on top of your wrist rather than a hand. And with that cockiness came the want of making Eve suffer as much as possible.
Eve used that mistake to her advantage, tearing her hands free, discarding Nightfall and the other sword in the process.
Eve's hands found the woman's face. Then, her thumbs found the woman's eyes, and she shoved them directly inside her head.
Blood started pouring out of the defilement's eyes onto Eve's face.
The woman started laughing as her eyes were gouged out. She let go of Eve's throat and began to pet her head gently while still caressing her cheeks.
"I love your will to live. How about we play longer?" The woman's smile almost reached her ears.
With a fluid motion, the woman raised herself off Eve, doing it meticulously slowly, letting her catch her breath.
Eve began to cough wildly, trying to get back as much oxygen as she could. She held her throat, and after a while, she regained her vision. She saw that the defilement had taken a couple of steps back, blood pouring from her empty sockets like tears, her smile unwavering.
"You are lucky, you know? You will be the first to see my powers."
The woman stretched her pale middle arm in front of her as much as possible.
Then, a cut formed on her palm.
Lashes began to grow.
Then, an eye awakened.
