Although there was still some resistance deep down, the thought that it wasn't as if she'd never eaten it before, combined with the fact that Miko beside her had already agreed long ago, made Lumine hold her tongue. Still, she had her doubts as to whether this thing could really fill her belly.
For instance, just now when Kaito had dressed her in this getup, he'd already made her eat once, and it had hardly been any amount at all.
"You'll know once we get back and I let you both have a taste." While Lumine was puzzling over it, Kaito spoke up once again, as if answering the very question on her mind.
Although not long ago Kaito had been thinking he should cut back on this kind of exercise with Miko and Lumine going forward, just now a peculiar little idea had suddenly struck him, so he wanted to give it a try.
At any rate, he could treat it as a way for them to relax twice a day, playing out this little game with Miko and Lumine.
Normally, that little bit he produced certainly wouldn't be enough to cover a full day's worth of energy expenditure for Miko and Lumine. But he did have the Void Archive—he could mix a few things together, and it wouldn't take up much capacity at all.
"Then... how are we supposed to go to the bathroom? Kaito, you've still got us wearing those iron undergarments."

"Oh, right, I almost forgot about that. Let me add a bag for you two." Only after Lumine's reminder did Kaito notice this problem.
But it was no big deal—he knew exactly how to solve it.

The two of them suddenly felt something being inserted down below, and instinctively clamped their legs together.
"What is this? Did you do this, Kaito?"

"From now on, when you two need to use the bathroom, just go right where you are. It'll all go into that bag, and I'll change them out for you at regular intervals." While the two of them were both bewildered, Kaito spoke up to explain the extra additions.
"It won't... leak, will it?"
Feeling the strange sensation in that area, Lumine couldn't help but ask. She was genuinely worried it would leak—that would be mortifying.
"It won't. Just give it a try later and you'll see."
Kaito answered promptly.
"Kaito, you really do have an awful lot of strange and bizarre things, don't you. Now I'm really curious how you and Mei and the others used to play." Feeling the thing hanging between her legs, Miko started to grow curious about this.
"Go ask Mei, then. Aren't you two pretty close?"
To Miko's question, Kaito didn't give an answer, instead telling her to go ask Mei.
"Ugh, in my current state I can't even talk, so how am I supposed to ask?" Miko felt that Kaito was only saying this because he didn't want to answer her question.
After all, right now she couldn't talk, and writing was difficult too—how was she supposed to ask?
"Alright, let's just hurry back." The moment the words were spoken, Kaito brought the two of them straight back here to the Ritou Inn.
