music echoed through the chamber.
Konsoon's fingers moved smoothly across the strings of the violin, each note precise, controlled—beautiful in an unsettling way. The melody filled the air, slow and deliberate, as if time itself was listening.
"…Amusing," Konsoon murmured.
The bow came to a gentle stop.
"I've already obtained two keys," he said quietly. "Now… one more."
He rested the violin against his shoulder, a faint smile forming.
"I truly love it when everything proceeds exactly as I expected."
The final note faded into silence.
And somewhere in that silence—
the next move was already decided.
The violin's melody slowly faded.
Konsoon lowered the bow, his expression unchanged.
"That's the amusing part," he said quietly.
"None of this was truly expected… and yet—"
A soft smile formed.
"Everything is still moving exactly as I want."
Footsteps echoed behind him.
Victor knelt slightly.
Konsoon turned his head just enough for the light to catch his eyes.
"Kamino…" he repeated.
He stood, setting the violin aside.
"No," he said calmly. "This will be far more interesting."
He smiles.and node
"I want to see him myself. I want to speak with him."
Konsoon smiled faintly.
"I want to understand his nature."
He stepped forward, his presence heavy yet silent.
"After all," he added,
"even when things aren't expected—
they still end the way I decide."
"I'm coming for you, Kamino."
Konsoon's voice was calm, almost amused.
"I sensed your presence even when I wasn't looking for you."
Scene shifts.
A translucent barrier stood in the air.
Inside it, a man with long green hair stood quietly. At first glance, he looked like a normal person—too normal.
He looked down at the man kneeling before him.
"Why do you kill?" Kamino asked coldly.
"I don't see any meaning in it."
His gaze sharpened.
"You humans slaughter everything you touch. Animals. Each other."
"You call demons monsters…"
He leaned slightly forward.
"…but you are far worse."
The man cried out.
"Please—"
Kamino moved.
The man screamed as he collapsed, clutching his arm, blood staining the ground.
Kamino didn't even look back.
"Pathetic," he said quietly.
"I despise humans like you."
The barrier flickered.
And somewhere beyond it—
another presence was already approaching.
Konsoon was riding his horse.
"Marce," Konsoon said.
The horse replied, "Yes, Lord Konsoon."
Konsoon asked, "Tell me, are you feeling exhausted?"
"No, Lord. Not at all. As long as you are feeling good, I have no problem."
Konsoon smiled.
Then he sensed something.
"I am sensing something… people are there."
A goblin was there, looking at Konsoon and his horse. The goblin was standing there, doing his farming.
Konsoon looked at him.
"Is this the place where the legendary man Kamino lives?"
The goblin looked at him.
"Who are you?"
Konsoon replied, "I am someone who came to meet Kamino."
The goblin frowned.
"Kamino? Are you talking about that monster? I would tell you to go back where you came from. Never go to that land. You have already entered here."
Konsoon smiled.
"I see. But I will be going."
Then Konsoon said, "Anyways, can you give my horse some meat? He is hungry."
The goblin looked surprised.
"A horse who eats meat? Interesting."
Konsoon smiled.
"It's one of those legendary horses, a Mare of Throas. His name is Dienos the Terrible, but I call him Marce. He's one of my horses."
The goblin stared at the horse.
"That legendary horse? You don't look like an ordinary magician who would come here."
Konsoon smiled.
"You can say that."
The goblin nodded.
"Wait a second. I have some meat."
He went inside and returned with some meat covered in a black cloth.
"Here is your meat, sir."
Konsoon came down from his horse and slowly walked over to take the meat.
He took it and said,
"Here is your meat, Marce."
The horse began eating.
Konsoon watched him.
"You have done many things for me. It would be a favor to die for you, my lord. You have always cared for me."
Konsoon smiled.
"You need more."
Konsoon began walking while looking around.
His eyes suddenly glowed.
Far away, he saw green land surrounded by a green aura.
Konsoon looked toward it.
"This land of Full Nevas… This land looks very dry compared to that land. It's called the Green Land, and for many other reasons, I would assume."
The goblin nodded.
"Yeah, you are right. Lord Kamino gave this land a curse, making it dry. I am the only goblin surviving here."
The goblin paused.
"No, I will be okay. I have enough power."
Konsoon mounted his horse again.
"I would be going now."
The goblin looked at him.
"Who even are you, if I may ask your name?"
Konsoon smiled and began riding away.
"It's Konsoon Sanguis."
The goblin watched him leave.
"I see…"
Konsoon rode his horse faster.
He crossed the Green Land.
As he continued forward, he saw trees ahead of him.
The trees slowly moved aside automatically, allowing Konsoon to pass.
Konsoon continued riding.
He saw a tiger nearby.
The branches of the trees moved, almost as if they were protecting the path, but they did nothing to him.
Konsoon looked around.
"This is a very long journey, I have to say."
Far ahead, Kamino was sitting peacefully, sipping tea at a white table. Another chair was placed beside him.
His long hair floated gently in the air.
Konsoon's horse stopped as he gave the order.
Konsoon climbed down from the horse and slowly walked toward Kamino.
A barrier stood between them.
Konsoon touched it.
Kamino looked toward him.
"Come in."
Konsoon entered.
Kamino gestured toward the empty chair.
"You can sit."
Konsoon sat down.
He looked around and smiled.
"This place looks very beautiful, like my lands. And the animals are very humble."
Kamino offered him tea.
Konsoon smiled and took the tea.
Kamino said, "Tell me… are you a magician? Because you feel the same as they do."
Konsoon replied, "Exactly. They are cruel."
Kamino looked at him seriously.
"Who even are you? Just tell me the honest truth. Otherwise, I will kill you."
Konsoon calmly sipped his tea.
"I see. My name is Konsoon Sanguis, King of Rome."
Kamino narrowed his eyes.
"I see. Are you the vampire who is very powerful and killed Dracula?"
Konsoon smiled.
"Yes, I am one."
Kamino looked at him carefully.
"That's why I'm feeling such a huge amount of mana coming from you. Tell me, what's even bringing you here?"
Konsoon replied,
"I want you to join my Abyss Organization. Would you?"
Kamino raised an eyebrow.
"Your organization? I would join? Do the same things you did?"
He paused.
"Because, let me remind you—you may be powerful, but you are inside my barrier. Don't think your whole power will be enough in this forest."
Konsoon smiled.
"I see."
He looked around.
"It's pretty amazing that you have this amount of power. You are known as the Magician of the Forest, after all. And your obsession with your animals… it's a lot like me."
Kamino's expression hardened.
"Never compare yourself to me. You are no better than those humans. You committed genocide while I wasn't even aware of it."
Konsoon smiled.
"It's true. You really didn't do anything at all. But I do agree with you—I am cruel."
He took another sip of tea.
"And I think cruelty is the act of kindness."
Kamino stared at him.
"I see. You are very different from those I have killed."
He paused.
"I would say I would have difficulty killing you. But eventually, I will win."
Konsoon smiled faintly.
"I would say the favor is on your side, to be honest."
He looked directly at Kamino.
"If you want to kill me, you could, couldn't you?"
He smiled.
Kamino said, "But I will be the one who judges you for your kindness."
Konsoon looked at him.
"My kindness, huh?"
Kamino sighed and raised his hand.
Tree branches suddenly emerged from the ground and rushed toward Konsoon.
Konsoon quickly teleported, dodging the attack.
"Interesting… branch manipulation. So you can manipulate the forest, can't you?"
He smiled.
Konsoon attacked Kamino.
Kamino smiled and looked at him.
"Just because I am familiar with forest manipulation doesn't mean I am familiar with my forest. Your manipulation is the same as mine, I would say. It can be just as impactful for you."
Konsoon raised his hand.
"I order you… throw tree spines!"
The tree spines shot toward Kamino.
Kamino saw them coming. He raised his hand.
"Tree Barrier!"
A barrier of trees formed in front of him.
Konsoon smiled.
"But I won't take any longer fighting very heavily. I would use my blood manipulation to end this battle right now."
