Chapter 11 - Chapter 11: Go Back and Change It

Lily Shaw chuckled lightly, her brown eyes clear and bright: "Eldest Young Master Grant, perhaps within this year you might encounter true love, who knows? Please do not hesitate to tell me directly when that time comes. Being able to spend your life with someone you love is a very happy thing. Eldest Young Master Grant, I will not obstruct your happiness."

She couldn't decide her marriage, but she could always control her own heart.

No matter how exceptional Aiden Grant was, or how he made other women chase him like moths to a flame, she would not be moved.

Her heart was unwavering, she would definitely not fall in love with Aiden Grant.

Moreover, her heart had long been scarred deeply by Miles Morgan, ten years of love had dissipated, yet those memories ingrained in her bones were impossible to forget.

"Miss Shaw, you're really a considerate woman, thinking everything so thoroughly." Aiden Grant glanced at her with a cold, heavy gaze, his chilly smile carrying a hint of derision: "Miss Shaw, rest assured. Once I meet my true love, I will surely inform you at the first instance."

He clearly understood Lily Shaw's implication, this little woman kept reiterating just to tell him that she wouldn't be moved by him in their one-year marriage, and certainly wouldn't fall for him.

She might even hope for him to get entangled with another woman within the year, and if he did, this little woman might even set off fireworks to celebrate!

A heavy weight pressed down on Aiden Grant's chest, it felt like a large stone making it hard for him to breathe. Soon, he chuckled softly, a trace of anger flashed in his eyes as he looked at Lily Shaw's smiling face.

Does this little woman really think he would release her after a year? Does she think he treats marriage as child's play, getting married and divorced as he pleases?

"By the way, Eldest Young Master Grant, you mentioned earlier that marital duties aren't just about what's in bed, what exactly do they include? Please explain more clearly, lest I do poorly and bring shame to you and The Grant Family." Lily Shaw was unaware of Aiden Grant's anger, instead seriously pondering if there was anything she hadn't made clear beforehand, and she did find something.

Aiden Grant didn't look at her but instead glanced at his watch: "Wife, we should enter now. You should also address me as husband, that is one of the marital duties."

To shut the mouth of Lily Shaw, which he both loved and hated, Eldest Young Master Grant directly took her hand, using skillful strength to pull her up from the sofa.

Lily Shaw smiled, unconcerned, and obediently let Aiden Grant lead her as they walked to the chapel together.

A few minutes later, Lily Shaw was surrounded by three young women in their twenties, who grabbed her and pulled her into the dressing room to quickly do her makeup, dress, and hairstyle.

Aiden Grant, standing outside, held a cigarette, occasionally glancing at the dressing room door. He was somewhat nervous, somewhat expectant, but mostly joyous.

Twenty minutes later, the dressing room door opened, and the meticulously dressed Lily Shaw emerged in a strapless wedding gown, head slightly bowed as she slowly walked out.

Aiden Grant, upon hearing the movement, turned around but didn't move. He elegantly stood at the door, slightly furrowed his thick brows, and said to the three makeup artists: "Go back, change to the other wedding dress!"

"Eldest Young Master Grant, is that really necessary? Isn't this wedding gown quite nice?" Lily Shaw looked down at the wedding gown she was wearing and didn't see anything inappropriate.

"Go back and change it!" Aiden Grant's lips were tightly pressed, and he didn't even notice the cigarette burning his fingers.
