Right now, the last thing Finn Chandler wants is to be kept waiting.
She knew full well that the old master was definitely awake, and asking her to wait was just a way to intimidate her, making her feel scared and flustered.
"I want to see him now!"
Finn Chandler raised her voice, acting as if she was about to go in.
The servants at The Chambers Residence rushed over from all directions, blocking Finn Chandler's path.
"Miss Chandler, if you want to see the old master, you have to wait!"
The leading servant stepped forward; he was Old Master Chambers' most trusted steward, Butler Chambers of this residence.
"As for whether or not he'll see you, we'll have to wait until the old master wakes up to decide!"
There was a contemptuous smile on the steward's face. Finn Chandler used to be Young Master Chambers, and everyone in the residence knew she would be the future head of the family, so no one dared to show her any disrespect.
