The easiest power to test is my [Gates of Babylon (Type-Moon)]. However, this power differs from what I understand of the same power from the Nasuverse. How? Well, for one, this power will continue to grow.
This [Gates of Babylon] will contain every invention, every creation, every forging, every last creation, every natural resource, every divine artifact, every last treasure that mankind has found, created, knows of, or that has appeared in the world, past, present, or future.
That is the CYOA's description of the power. With my perks and powers, I can remember every detail of things that I've read, thanks to my [Noctis Cape] perk and its upgrade that allows me to remember every single detail I've seen. It also allows me to remember what is written in a book by only skimming through it.
This power does not give me a list of items in the pocket dimension, sadly, so I cannot confirm whether that is true. However, I know that if the description is true, my [Gates of Babylon] is very different from the one Gilgamesh has in the Nasuverse.
At least, as far as I understand it.
I remember that Gilgamesh doesn't have any divine artifacts, right? Wait. He does have them. I remember Gilgamesh using Hades' Cap of Invisibility and a pair of divine swords connected to the gods of Mesopotamia.
Does that mean my [Gates of Babylon] is only unique because it contains something from the future? Maybe. Once again, I cannot test it because I need to manually look through the treasures inside to see what's in the pocket dimension.
Other than that, my [Gates of Babylon] will continue to grow. When I visit a new world, I will obtain more treasures that originated from that world. So, if I visit the Nasuverse, I can get the same treasures as Gilgamesh has, or even more.
For now, let's test it out. I mentally command my power to give me rare runes, and to my surprise, hundreds of rune orbs spill out of the golden ripple. I need to tell it to stop before it can fill my office with rare runes.
Each of them is a rare rune that costs a lot of money. I pick one up and see the symbol on the orb. It is a Pale Gate Rune, and it is a rune that summons creatures from another dimension to fight for you.
It is a rare rune that costs 130,000 Potch. How much is that? Well, a soldier gets 2,100 Potch a month. It takes a year of constant saving and penny-pinching before a soldier can buy the rune. That is the rune alone, not yet including the payment for the service of a Rune Master to attach the rune to your body.
And there are hundreds of them on the ground. With a sigh, I wave my hand and store them inside my [Gates of Babylon] once again. Right. Rare runes are something my [Gates of Babylon] has in abundance.
Let's try something stronger. I think of True Runes and release a disappointed sigh when I receive nothing. It looks like something as unique as True Runes is truly beyond my reach. They exist before even the proper universe is born, after all.
They come from the void and are the reason the universe itself exists.
How about weapons? I mentally command my power to show me a hundred famous weapons. A second later, a hundred golden ripples appear and show me a hundred beautiful weapons. I can feel it. I can feel the power each weapon releases.
My [Planeswalker (Magic: The Gathering)] power immediately copies some of the weapons and allows me to summon them, like what the player does in the card game. As long as I have enough mana, I can summon them.
I take a double-edged thin sword and look at it. According to my [Planeswalker] power, it is called Utu, and it is an artifact that costs 3 Generic Mana to summon. It is a very sharp sword and will always remain sharp, no matter the treatment or how long it has been used. Not only that, I can pick one race and make this weapon more effective against that race.
Basically, a racist sword. The more you hate a certain race, the more powerful this sword becomes.
With a hum, I decide to put this sword to good use and set the undead as its 'favorite' target. I can feel the sword vibrate for a moment before settling with a silver light around the edge. I smile a little and summon its scabbard. I put the sword inside and place it on the table.
I will use that sword as my regular weapon.
Now… what should I get next? Oh, wait. I know. I created this build without thinking about physical strength or martial ability. Because of the perks, I am strong and capable. However, I would be beaten by a properly trained soldier in hand-to-hand combat.
So, I need something that will help me learn how to fight. Without me doing anything, my [Gates of Babylon] responds to my desire and opens thirty portals. Coming out of the portals are books. I take one of them and read the book's title.
"Four Seasons Sword, huh?"
Sadly, it is not considered an artifact by my [Planeswalker] power, so I cannot look into the brief history of the book or what I can learn from it. That means I need to read it manually. Not a big problem, but training with only a manual will require some testing.
I put the book back into my [Gates of Babylon] and nod. It is time for me to hit the gym and prepare to use my other power.
"My Lord."
I snap out of my thoughts when I hear someone knocking on the door of my office.
"Come in."
A second later, I can see my head butler, Sebastian, walk inside. He is an older man in his mid-fifties with a good build. He is not only my head butler but also the last bodyguard I have in this castle. He is a good hand-to-hand combat fighter and an excellent spear user.
"Sebastian, what is it?"
"We received news from the scouts and the soldiers stationed at the Northern Tower. A group of important people is coming and will arrive shortly."
"Let me guess, Sialeeds?"
"Yes. However, she brings others with her."
"Really? Very well. Let's greet her."
Sebastian bows his head and helps me put on my coat. He takes me out of the castle and into the carriage. We go to Yashuna Village, the resort part of Yashuna City. Yeah, a bit confusing, but Yashuna Village was there before my family took over, and my ancestor decided to leave it as it was and instead built a city not too far away as a proper city, turning the village into a resort area where others can enjoy a slow life and relaxing hot springs.
The carriage moves along the road, and I smile at the people greeting me. I make sure they live a good life in my territory. As long as they are willing to work for their living, I will employ them, which is why the Helusian Viscounty is a hotspot for people seeking work.
It is a laborious job, but I pay more than other lords do. Not only that, but I also make sure to give them good benefits, such as breakfast and lunch at work.
A proper job, good pay, and good working conditions grant you great loyalty. I also do something that makes them hesitate to betray me.
If those are the carrots, I also employ the stick in the form of capital punishment. Betraying me means they will not get any more jobs from me, and they will be kicked out of my territory. That is harsh, but a great deterrent for anyone who is approached by others who want to spy on me. They will think twice, or even thrice, before they sell information about me and my territory.
Too much kindness will make you a foolish ruler. Too much fear will make you a cruel tyrant. You need to find the balance to be a good ruler, and that is what I am doing. I give you a massive carrot, but there is a massive stick waiting if you think you can mess with me.
My [Reputable] and [A Pencil. A Fucking Pencil!] Perks help me spread this information.
I snap out of my thoughts when I notice that we arrive at the docks, where I can see a ship docked. I leave the carriage and grin when I see a familiar face leaving the ship. She looks at me with an exasperated expression and says,
"You know… I thought I could surprise you, Richard."
"My Sil sense is tingling when you reach a certain distance from me."
"Sil?"
I look at the man with an eye patch walking alongside a pair of teenagers.
"Sir Georg Prime, right? Well, Sil is my nickname for my beloved fiancée~."
"Huh? Lady Sialeeds has a cute nickname. What a surprise."
I laugh a little when Sialeeds pulls his ear and says,
"Shut up, Georg. Also, you! Stop laughing! I told you not to call me that in public."
"But it is okay in private."
"Shut up, Georg!"
I laugh even louder, and I can see the teenagers who came along with Sialeeds also join me. I wipe the tears from my eyes and say,
"Anyway! Let's enter the carriage and have a talk back in my castle."

|Richard's Powers shown in the chapter|
[Gates of Babylon (Type-Moon)]
You own and control a pocket dimension containing the original version of every single treasure that humanity knows of, and more. Every invention, every making, every forging, every last creation, every natural resource, every divine artifact, every last treasure that mankind has found, created, knows of, or has appeared in the world, past, present, or future, is found within this endless vault of space. The volume of your treasury has by far exceeded your knowledge, so you do not know what every single item you own does or how it looks. The treasure within your Gates of Babylon continues to grow, adding to the immense wealth of items already found there. With each new world, new treasures from the past, present, and future are incorporated into your Gates of Babylon.
You can expel any items in your pocket dimension by opening a portal between dimensions that allows for the contents to pass through upon your command. You can summon items directly into your hand, pull out weapons from directly behind you, or prepare numerous weapons midair, loaded like bullets, to be expelled at hypersonic speeds. Anything you throw out can be retrieved back into your treasury with a thought.
[Planeswalker (Magic: The Gathering)]
Your Spark has ignited, one that the Pre-Mending Planeswalkers once held. You can planeswalk through the multiverse at your leisure. You can easily target any plane you have already visited, but accessing a precise destination blindly will require some practice. In the meantime, you will jump to semi-random destinations every time.
Your body is now a projection of your soul. In time, you will be able to alter your appearance at will and even replicate the abilities of other creatures. Your Soul is also a powerful source of Mana. While you are able to cast spells, you do not have the knowledge to do so.
In time, as you grow in power and familiarity with your abilities, you will be able to create your own pocket dimensions and planes.

|Richard's Perks shown in the chapter|
[Reputable]
You gain a reputation easily, a spark of appearance that makes you shine. Your accomplishments are often embellished by others, or people just credit things happening to you. Anything you do will be amazing and astounding. Even in losing, you seem to lose gracefully, and in winning, you seem like an insurmountable giant. The impression you give can change depending on how you want to be seen; you could be cool or cute, handsome or beautiful. The way you move, talk, and fight will always be astonishing, even if you didn't intend to.
This makes it easier to bluff your way out of a situation and gives you leverage in getting what you want. This can be toggled on and off.
[A Pencil. A Fucking Pencil!]
You've already built up an incredibly intimidating reputation for yourself, having spent years tearing apart enemies that everyone thought were unbeatable. Those that manage to get away are usually crippled and doing whatever they can to avoid a second encounter. Most will not dare to go against you without it being absolutely necessary and armed to the teeth, and even then, they'll triple-check to make sure. They'll still feel like they're about to get their teeth kicked in.
[Noctis Cape]
You have no need to sleep; you'll constantly be alert and awake. You also have an infinite and perfectly eidetic memory, capable of perfectly recalling anything that has happened to you since you received your powers. Any memories prior to your trigger are remembered as well as you could recall them when you triggered.
== Upgrade ==
[Savant]
Your mind automatically stores and processes any and all information your senses encounter, even if for but a moment. If new information provides context for something you already possess, it automatically forms logic links. This allows you to grasp complex topics after skimming a book without requiring additional time to understand its contents.
