Chapter 48 - Skyfall

BEN 10: ULTIMATE ALIEN

"Skyfall"

A Fan-Made Episode Script (Original Story)

COLD OPEN

EXT. BELLWOOD — UPPER ATMOSPHERE — NIGHT

Black sky, scattered stars — then a streak of burning orange light tears across it, growing brighter, faster, screaming downward toward the city. Not a meteor. Too symmetrical. Too controlled.

INT. PLUMBER HQ — SITUATION ROOM — SIMULTANEOUS

MAX TENNYSON stares at a radar display, the descending object a blinking red dot accelerating toward Bellwood. BEN, GWEN, and KEVIN crowd in behind him.

MAX

(grim)

Whatever that is, it's not falling. It's arriving.

GWEN

(scanning)

Mass readings are off the charts. If that thing hits the city at this speed—

KEVIN

(already moving)

Then we make sure it doesn't.

EXT. BELLWOOD SKYLINE — NIGHT

The streak screams lower, lower, the city lighting up beneath it in panic — sirens, people running, headlights swerving. Ben slaps the Ultimatrix mid-sprint.

[TRANSFORMATION SEQUENCE]

Green light EXPLODES outward. Ben's body surges in size, skin shifting to a deep red, white markings spreading across his chest, eyes glowing solid white. He keeps growing — fifty feet, eighty feet, a hundred — until he's taller than the buildings around him.

BEN (AS WAY BIG)

(booming, echoing across the city)

WAY BIG!

He plants both feet, throws his arms up, and CATCHES the falling object out of the sky bare-handed — a massive, jagged, alien construct the size of a city block, slamming into his palms hard enough to drive him knee-deep into the street below.

The shockwave alone shatters windows for six blocks.

WAY BIG

(straining, voice booming)

Okay! That's... heavier than it looked!

ACT ONE

Way Big staggers back, holding the construct aloft — a hulking, asymmetrical mass of dark alien alloy, etched with glowing violet circuitry, clearly built rather than grown. Civilians scream and scatter below.

GWEN

(over comm, urgent)

Ben, that's not a meteor, that's not even a creature — it's a vessel!

KEVIN (V.O.)

(over comm)

A vessel for WHAT, exactly?!

As if in answer, the construct's surface SPLITS open along glowing seams, revealing a cavity at its core — and from within, dozens of smaller, armored drone-like shapes erupt outward, scattering across the city skyline like a swarm.

WAY BIG

(grim, still holding the main hull)

Oh, you've gotta be kidding me.

He hurls the now-empty outer hull skyward and far out over the ocean, far from the city, before it can do any more damage — a colossal heave that arcs the wreckage clear past the horizon with a deep, rolling boom.

WAY BIG (CONT'D)

(turning toward the scattering drone-swarm)

Okay. Round two.

ACT TWO

The drone swarm descends on the city in coordinated waves, each unit small but numerous, peeling off rooftops and tearing through power lines with surgical precision.

Gwen and Kevin, on the ground, are already in motion — Gwen weaving mana-shields over fleeing civilians, Kevin absorbing debris to armor up and physically batting drones out of the air.

KEVIN

(swinging, smashing one drone into another)

There's gotta be a hundred of these things!

GWEN

(deflecting a blast)

And they're not even after us specifically — they're going for infrastructure! Power grids, comm towers, water treatment!

Way Big, towering over the chaos, swats a cluster of drones out of the sky with one massive forearm, but more keep peeling off the main swarm faster than he can swing.

WAY BIG

(frustrated)

I'm big, not everywhere at once!

A particularly large drone — clearly a coordinator unit, bristling with antennae — breaks from the swarm and fires a concentrated beam directly at Way Big's chest. He absorbs the hit with a grunt, staggering back a full city block.

WAY BIG (CONT'D)

(steadying himself, watching the swarm regroup with eerie precision)

...Okay. They're listening to that one. Take it out, and the rest might lose the plan.

He lunges for the coordinator drone — but it's fast, weaving expertly between buildings, using Way Big's own size against him, ducking into gaps he can't easily reach.

KEVIN (V.O.)

(over comm, urgent)

Ben, the swarm's regrouping over the stadium! If that many drones converge in one spot—

GWEN (V.O.)

(finishing, alarmed)

—they're not just damaging the city anymore. They're building something.

Way Big turns toward the stadium — already, dozens of drones are interlocking mid-air above it, plating sliding together with mechanical precision, rapidly assembling into a single, massive secondary construct right over a crowd of fleeing civilians.

WAY BIG

(grim, already moving)

Not happening.

He breaks into a run, the ground shaking with every footfall, but the construct above the stadium is already taking shape — easily as tall as he is, bristling with weapon ports, civilians scrambling beneath it.

ACT THREE

Way Big arrives just as the construct finishes assembling — a hulking, multi-limbed war-form bristling with the same violet circuitry, easily matching him in scale. It turns, weapon ports charging, civilians still too close beneath it.

WAY BIG

(low, focused)

Okay. Can't just swing wild. Too many people too close.

He glances at the Ultimatrix symbol on his chest, flickering with the now-familiar pre-Ultimate stutter — faster this time, more deliberate, like he's done this calculation before.

WAY BIG (CONT'D)

(determined)

Then let's make sure every hit actually counts.

[ULTIMATE TRANSFORMATION SEQUENCE]

The Ultimatrix symbol SNAPS open on his massive chest, deploying glowing mechanical petals that lock into place across his frame. His already colossal body grows even larger, armor plating thickening across his limbs, a brilliant cosmic-energy core blazing at his chest, eyes igniting with concentrated white starlight.

BEN (AS ULTIMATE WAY BIG)

(voice booming, resonant, shaking windows for miles)

ULTIMATE WAY BIG!

The enemy construct fires immediately — a barrage of concentrated energy blasts. Ultimate Way Big doesn't dodge. He raises both palms and CATCHES the entire barrage in a condensed cosmic-energy sphere forming between his hands, absorbing every shot.

ULTIMATE WAY BIG

(calm, building)

Thanks for the charge.

With the crowd beneath the construct finally clear — Gwen and Kevin having herded the last civilians out moments earlier — Ultimate Way Big hurls the condensed energy sphere skyward first, away from the city, detonating it harmlessly high in the night air in a silent, brilliant flash, venting the danger before it can do any damage below.

Then he turns fully on the construct, fists igniting with raw cosmic light.

ULTIMATE WAY BIG (CONT'D)

(low, final)

My turn.

The two titans collide in the open stadium field — full-scale, earth-shaking blows, the construct's plating cracking under each impact, violet circuitry sparking and dying section by section. Ultimate Way Big anchors a final blow with both fists, driving straight through the construct's central core.

The massive war-form SHUDDERS, its remaining drone-components losing cohesion all at once, the whole structure collapsing into harmless, inert wreckage across the empty stadium field — emptied of people just in time.

Silence, except for settling debris and distant sirens, finally closing in rather than fleeing.

ULTIMATE WAY BIG

(exhaling, looking out over the skyline)

...Yeah. That's enough excitement for one Tuesday.

TAG SCENE

EXT. BELLWOOD STADIUM — LATER

Dawn breaks over a battered but standing city. Plumber cleanup crews comb through the wreckage of the construct as MAX TENNYSON surveys the scene. Ben — back to human, exhausted, soot-streaked — sits on a curb with Gwen and Kevin.

MAX

(approaching)

Preliminary scans on the wreckage are... concerning. This wasn't a random crash. The construct's tech doesn't match anything in our database. Someone built it. Someone sent it here, on purpose.

GWEN

(uneasy)

Sent it to do what, exactly? It wasn't trying to conquer anything. It was building toward something bigger the whole time.

MAX

(grim)

That's what worries me. This might not be the only piece.

BEN

(rubbing his eyes, tired but steady)

Then we keep an eye on the sky. Whatever sent it, it's gonna notice this one didn't come back.

KEVIN

(standing, stretching sore arms)

Cool. Love an ominous unanswered mystery first thing in the morning.

Ben glances skyward, the last stars fading as the sun rises. He looks down at the Ultimatrix — calm, green, ordinary — and exhales.

BEN

(quiet, determined)

Whatever's coming next... we'll be ready.

The three stand and start walking as cleanup crews continue behind them, the city slowly waking up to a morning it'll be talking about for weeks.

FADE OUT.
