Chapter 47 - System Store

[LOGIN REWARDS]

(SCENE)

James calls out his system panel and proceeds to open his newly aquired store page. When the store page appeared, James was met with a tutorial of sorts, that explained the uses of the system store, and the rewards he could aquire from it, and general things he could buy from the store.

{System Store}

'Welcome host'

'The store has many exception items to browze and rewards to claim'

'To proceed please click the button below'

James clicked the button and the store opened up.

'Daily login rewards available'

'Would host like to claim them?'

James tells the system he'll claim them later, and wants more of an explanation of how the store works before he does.

(SCENE)

The system tells James a general lay down of how the store works, and how to transfer residue from Gluttony into store points as well as its leveling system, and what conditions it would need for him to level the system store further inorder to get better items and daily login rewards for the store.

James looks further into the store, and discovers that residue has a one to one hundred convertion rate, however James didn't think much of it until he saw what the store had to offer.

James opened the main page of the store, looking at the vareity of things the store had to ffer, including skills, abilitys, equiptment and various artifcats, however James had no use for them at that time, so he didn't look much into them, until he saw something he couldn't resist. James saw a spellbook that would allow for him to track down the location of anyone, so long as he has an item belongnig to them.

James immediatly tried to buy the spellbook, however the system notified him that he had insufficent balance, and needed to either wait for his daily rewards to give him enough store points, or convert his residue to store points, inorder to afford the spellbook.

James looked more around the system store panel, and noticed that the items in the store got refreshed everyday. As James looked through the panel, his eyes finally landed on the price of the spellbook, and he almost died of shock, as he saw that the spellbook was worth over ten million store points.

James was at a loss, until he remembered that he had an abundence of residue left through the countless monsters he killed and absorbed using Gluttony.

James immediately tried to convert the residue into store points using the system, and was met with a warning stating that at his current store level, he would face a fee ontop of the one to one hundred conversion for the residue to store points.

James proceeded with the transaction, and was asked how much of his residue he'd like to transfer from his supply. James told the system all of it, and was credited with five hundred and thirty million store points after fees and the conversion rate were calculated.

James was astatic and went back to the purchase the spellbook.
