The Chaos Brigade was at the museum. Shula used her flame powers to cut a hole in the floor, and then they lowered Tech Head down on a rope. Shula whispered, "What do you think, Tech Head? Can you crack it?" Tech Head replied, "No problem, their security stinks." Tech Head then hacked into their security system and shut it down. Then, all the lasers vanished, all the cameras were deactivated, and the alarms turned off. The Chaos Brigade then broke into the museum and stole what they liked. Once they stole what they wanted, they left the museum with it, and the police came after them. All four of them then flew away. The police started chasing them, but they flew too fast for the police to catch. The Justice Brigade then arrived and found them in possession of museum artifacts. Sungirl joked, "Looks like you want to open a museum." Iceboy joked, "Either that or get rich quick." Tech Head threw a smoke bomb at The Justice Brigade, making them cough. Aquaboy then blew the smoke away, and when it cleared, every member of the Justice Brigade grabbed a member of the Chaos Brigade and threw them into the street. They then flew down after them, but The Chaos Brigade jumped out of their holes, and Shula used her fire breath to roast The Justice Brigade while her team got away. Shula then stopped, and the Justice Brigade fell to the ground while Shula joined her team. Once The Justice Brigade got up, they saw The Chaos Brigade escape again. Sungirl put her hand ahead of her team and said, "Let them go. We'll get them next time."
The Chaos Brigade returned to their house and put the items they had stolen from the museum with the other things they had stolen in the past. Shulal congratulated her team, "Another job completed. Well done, guys. I wonder what they're saying about us today." Shula sat down on their sofa and turned on the news. The newswoman reported, "The Chaos Brigade recently robbed another one of the museums in Los Angeles." Shula mentioned, "Hey, guys. We're on TV." The Chaos Brigade each sat down and watched the news. The news lady said, "This makes ten banks in California, Chicago, New York, and China, four museums in Los Angeles, and six jewelry stores in Michigan, Italy, Turkey, Germany, Rhode Island, and Japan. The Justice Brigade has tried everything to stop The Chaos Brigade, but they say it's only a matter of time before The Chaos Brigade is toast." What the newslady said made Shula mad, so she shut the TV off.
Shula asked, "Who are they to judge us? We're master criminals." Shula then had an idea and put on an evil smile. The Shadow Devil remarked, "Oh no, you have that twinkle in your eye. You're scheming again, aren't you?" Shula asked, "Who's up for another job?" Lily responded, "What do you mean?" Shula lifted their blinds and showed their team a picture of their next target. The Shadow Devil read the sign outside the window, "The grand opening of Country Mart. The one store with things you can find in each country, including food." Shula asked, "What better way to mark us as master criminals than to rob everything from each country at once?" Tech Head pointed out, "But it's in Arizona, and we're in Los Angeles." Shula reminded him, "Earth to Tech Head, we can fly." Tech Head said, "Oh, right." Shula ordered, "Now let's go."
The Chaos Brigade flew to Arizona, and upon arrival, they spotted Country Mart and broke in. Once they did, the alarm in The Justice Brigade's house went off, and Daisy checked it. Daisy ordered, "Suit up. We have a break-in in Arizona." The Justice Brigade flew to Arizona and entered Country Mart after the Chaos Brigade did. They searched the whole store for the robbers who blew the door open. Sungirl asked, "Where are they?" Shula responded, "Right behind you." The Justice Brigade turned around and saw the Chaos Brigade. Aquaboy said, "Oh no." Shula said, "Oh yes." Iceboy pointed at The Chaos Brigade and exclaimed, "You guys got lucky last time, but you're in hot water now." Tech Head said, "Yeah, right, we're taking everything here." The Shadow Devil added, "Even if it means taking you out, too." The Justice Brigade began to unleash their powers on the Chaos Brigade. Sungirl shot Sun Bolts, Heatgirl shot fire at them, Iceboy froze the floor, and Aquaboy tried to splash them with water. Sungirl ordered, "Split up."
The Justice Brigade split up, and the Chaos Brigade each went after a member and robbed what they could in the process. Sungirl ran into the China store and fired Sun Bolts at Shula, but missed. Shula exclaimed, "Here, Sunny. What's wrong? Can't take the heat?" Shula made her eyes glow orange and burned a hole in the floor beneath Sungirl's feet. Then Shula filled her bag with Chinese artifacts and ran off with them. Heatgirl chased Lily into the store representing Russia and found her by the checkout counter. Heatgirl then vaporized the counter, making Lily come out. Lily tripped Heatgirl, but Heatgirl kicked Lily away with both her feet.
Meanwhile, the Shadow Devil and Iceboy were feuding in the store, representing France. Iceboy slammed the stand of the Eiffel Tower over The Shadow Devil's head, but The Shadow Devil broke free and threw Iceboy out of the store. Tech Head fired guns at Aquaboy while they were in the Japan store, but Aquaboy took water from the drinking fountains and splashed it on Tech Head, which shorted out his pack. Aquaboy asked, "How are you going to fight me now?" Tech Head kicked down a Japanese merchandise shelf, landing on Aquaboy. Tech Head then collected the items that had fallen to the ground and stole them.
Meanwhile, Sungirl was running from Shula and thought she had lost her in the store representing Italy. Then Shula caused part of the ceiling to fall on Sungirl's head, knocking her out. Shula remarked, "This just isn't your lucky day." Sungirl then tripped Shula and threw the rug on the floor at her. Then the carpet wrapped around Shula, tying her up, and Sungirl held onto the other end. Sungirl remarked, "The shoplifting spree is over, Shula. And so are you." Shula broke free from the rug and replied, "Guess again." Shula then fired her fire at Sungirl, but Sungirl pushed a button on her chest. Then, her shirt grew a superhero cape, and she covered herself with it. Shula's fire then burned Sungirl's cape, not Sungirl. Shula then launched fire at the shelves above Sungirl, spilling a box of Italian food on her. Shula laughed, but Sungirl threw the food box at Shula, knocking her down.
Heatgirl shot a fireball at Lily and hit her into the Babylon store. Lily then started to rob the Babylon store, but Heatgirl grabbed Lily's loot bag and used it to hit her away. Heatgirl remarked, "Time for me to throw you out of Babylon as the wise men did to David." Heatgirl lasered a hole underneath Lily's feet with her Heat Vision, and she fell through it. Heatgirl joked, "Enjoy your time in the lions' den."
Iceboy lost The Shadow Devil for a while. Once he found him, he saw him stealing things in the Europe store. When he finished, the Shadow Devil took his loot bag and moved to the Australia store. Iceboy then wound up a life-size kangaroo toy, and it hopped toward The Shadow Devil. Once The Shadow Devil saw The kangaroo toy, Iceboy threw a snowball at one of the buttons, hit it, and the toy kangaroo socked The Shadow Devil. The Shadow Devil then destroyed the toy kangaroo and saw Iceboy hiding. The Shadow Devil chased after him, and when he turned the corner, Iceboy blew out his ice breath and froze The Shadow Devil in ice.
Meanwhile, Tech Head and Aquaboy chased each other from store to store. Once they got into the Iceland store, Tech Head pushed a button on his chest, and a battle suit appeared on him. Aquaboy asked, "Wouldn't you know he'd have backup tech?" Tech Head then shot a rocket from his arm at Aquaboy, but Aquaboy jumped out of the way, and Tech Head blew up part of the floor. Tech Head then robbed the Iceland store, but Aquaboy blew out a giant wind, causing Tech Head to lose his bag of loot and his balance in the sky. Tech Head fell out of the sky, and Aquaboy caught him, tossed him to the ground, and took his loot bag.
The Justice Brigade then tied The Chaos Brigade together with a rope. Shula looked at Sungirl and demanded, "Let us out of here." Sungirl replied, "No problem. We'll let you out in just a second." The police then arrived and saw that the Justice Brigade had tied up the Chaos Brigade. Iceboy then untied the Chaos Brigade, and the police returned them to prison. Sungirl recommended, "Try not to escape this time, guys." Everyone in Arizona enjoyed The Country Mart the next day, and The Justice Brigade saw so. They then flew back to Los Angeles, broke into The Chaos Brigade's house, and removed all the stolen loot. Once they did, they handed the stolen loot to the police, and The Justice Brigade helped them return all the money, museum artifacts, and jewels to their rightful owners in the countries from which The Chaos Brigade had stolen them.
