Chapter 2 - Tatooine

Feeling a bit of a chill brushing over my skin, makes me realize that I am butt ass naked. "Time to get dressed." My voice is barely above a murmur as I push myself off of the table.

My bare feet hit the cold metal of the floor, which causes me to let out a hiss of surprise.

Taking one step after another, I leave the medbay and make it into the area of the main walkway, that goes from the cargo bay to the cockpit.

Directly in front of me is the spiral staircase that goes up to where the meditation/training room, Starkiller's quarters, the gallery/lounge, and the crew quarters. Located on the other side of the spiral staircase is the machine shop/droid bay.

Looking into the cargo hold I see "The Soulless One" which is a customized Belbullab-22 heavy starfighter built by Feethan Ottraw Scalable Assemblies for General Grevious.

The small heavy starfighter almost completely dominating what little cargo space this ship actually has, even though it's comparable in size to a light friegter like the Millennium Falcon.

'Huh…I don't remember that being included in a DLC. Not that I'm gonna complain.' Shrugging off my surprise at seeing the starfighter I start up the steps, once upstairs I head to my quarters.

Once inside I head to the wardrobe area, as I reach it a pop-up appears in my vision.

[Would you like to select an outfit?]

[Yes/No?] Putting my concentration into selecting yes a new mini-menu appears, with the label [Wardrobe]

-Light Training Gear

-Training Gear

-Heavy Training Gear

-Medical Robe

-Bounty Hunter Disguise

-Corellian Flight Suit

-Jungle Combat Gear

-Industrial Explorer Outfit

-Jedi Adventurer Robe

-Kento's Robe

-Ceremonial Jedi Robes

-Sith Stalker Armor

-General Starkiller

-Hooded Combat Gear

-Sith Assassin

-Dark Lord's Armor

-Desert Survival Gear

-Cybernetic Reconstruction

There were still more outfits to choose from but I just couldn't take scrolling through them any longer. So I selected the "Bounty Hunter Disguise", which hooks me up with the full Mandalorian armor kit and kaboottle.

Exiting the menu and looking down, I see that I am now fully clothed and armored. Though I could've really tell that I was dressed without a visual check.

'Nice…' looking at a stand near a viewport that gives a nice view of the voice. There is a stand with wooden sword holders holding the hilts of two lightsabers.

One looks like Lord Starkiller's saber and the other is a squared hilt saber, like the dark saber. Raising my hands, I reach out with my mind and the lightsabers fly into my open and waiting hands.

Both of the sabers settling into a reverse grip in my palms like it is the most natural thing in the world. My pinky fingers press the individual ignition buttons on each hilt, making the blades ignite, the square hilt produces a golden-white blade, while Lord Starkiller's produces a black blade.

"Without passion there can be no peace. Without hate there can be no love. Without love there can be no fear. Without fear there can be no survival. I survive in the chaos, I walk my own path, for I am Starkiller. The killer of stars, and the spark that ignited the rebellion."

'Oh my God, I can't believe I just said that shit…it was so fucking cringe worthy!' Powering down my lightsabers I reach up and wipe the tears that were building up at the corners of my eyes...caused by the sheer level of cringiness that I just expressed.

(Phhssshhh-vvvrrrmmm) An image of Proxy ambushing me from behind with a lightsaber thrust, makes me reignite my blades and sidestep to the right.

Igniting my blades I block Proxy's attack. "You seem to be functioning correctly, Boy." Proxy says with digitized warmth and genuine relief in his synthetic voice.

"Better than you, you malfunctioning scrap heap bound, clanker." I joke back and Proxy makes a gasping sound.

"How rude, and here I was going against my programming to feel concern for you." I can tell Proxy is joking and he steps back and powers off his lightsaber.

Taking half a step back I turn off my blades as well. "Captain Eclipse has informed me of your decision to seek employment on Tatooine as a bounty hunter. I don't approve of this course of action…you should find an untechnologically advanced planet and establish yourself as a warlord. Then start recruiting lesser organisms, train them and have them fight for you under your banner." I gotta give it the droid he sure does come up with some decent ideas.

"You aren't wrong, Proxy…I have an idea. While I am on Tatooine working as a Bounty Hunter to establish a reputation for myself. I want you and Juno to take the remaining Phase 3 Dark Troopers, use what credits we have on-board this ship to buy a general labor droid, and a heavy mining droid. Then go to Gromas 16, where there are large deposits of Phrikite, yet to be discovered."

"I will take your suggestion to Captain Eclipse, I missed you Galen." Proxy says and pulls me into a near bone shattering hug before releasing me and walking off.

'Werid…is he glitching between Vader's programming and the altered programming?' Shrugging off my question I leave my quarters clipping my lightsabers onto my belt, behind my blaster holsters.

Joining Juno at the helm of the ship, and taks a seat in the co-pilot's chair.

I see Tatooine through a vid-screen, because the designers of this ship actually has two brain cells between them and decided not to put an easily shatterable viewport, anywhere on this ship.

"How long until we break atmosphere?"

"Thirty minutes, Proxy has informed me that you want me to set up a mining operation on Gromas 16 for Phrikite?" Juno asks me with a slightly raised right eyebrow, the left corner of her lips quirking upwards, into a smirk.

"Might as well exploit our knowledge database left by Lord Vader…" I offer back with a cat that ate the canary grin, that is hidden by my helmet. But most be my smile is carried through my voice because.

Juno rewards me with a soft laugh and a rolling of her eyes. "I'll procure what I can…we could probably trade your custom fighter for the droids that we'll need to search out the Phrikite and start mining it."

"I'll leave the ground work in your very capable hands, Captain Eclipse…while I run off to play the role of a Mandalorian Bounty Hunter."

"Of course you will, Starkiller." Juno sounds a little exasperated with me but doesn't offer any further complaint or argument.

Leaving us to fly the rest of the way in silence, once we land just outside of the city I'm met by five of the six foot plus black painted red eyed imposing droids with large blaster rifles, held at at ease positions.

[Would you like to sync your squad of Phase 3 Dark Troopers to your panel?]

[Yes/No?]

Using my concentration I select yes and a new mini menu pops up on my H.U.D.

[Squad Commands:

Mark: highlight a target for attack/defense or mark a waypoint for your troops to move to.

Move: Is the command that tells your squad to move to the exact location you have marked.

Wait: Commands that will make your squad stop following you and hold their current position.

Follow: Is the command that tells your squad to follow you.

Attack/Defend: is the command that tells your squads what to do at a location or to a target.

Dismiss: is the command that tells your squad you no longer need their assistance if you have a location marked for them they will head to that location and wait for you if they are droids or other non-living but command-able things.]

'Woah that's pretty cool…but it's another thing I don't recognize from The Force Unleashed 2. Could it be from the Jedi Fallen Order or Survivor games?' I wonder idly as I never got to play those games, while I use my concentration to select the [Follow] command.

Exiting the Rogue Shadow, I take a moment to drool over the fact that the ship looks like the X-70B Phantom and not the eyesore from the Force Unleashed games.

Watching as my ship lifts up off of the ground and flies upwards and back out into real space.

"You better not get yourself hurt, Starkiller…I love you." Juno's voice sounds in my helmet making me smirk.

"Sure thing, babe…make sure you get yourself a slave girl harem outfit to wear for me to enjoy seeing you in. The next time we see each other." Juno's soft laugh fills my helmet.

"I will, Master Starkiller." Juno's voice comes out sounding a mix of silky and sultry.

The line of communication she established with my helmet somehow. Goes silent, leaving me alone with the silent Battle Droids.

'Whelp no point in standing in the desert with my thumbs up my ass.' With that thought in mind, I begin walking to the not so vibrant city/space port of Mos Espa.

The heavy footfalls of the five Phase 3 Dark Troopers stomping in the sand behind me. Once we hit maybe a quarter of a mile from the outskirts of Mos Espa 8 Starhawk Speederbikes with white skulls painted on them surround us, kicking up a large cyclone of sand as they do so.

Once the cyclone settles I can see that it is a gang that is made up of a mix of Weequays and Zabraks. That have surrounded us for some reason they are still sitting on the speeder bikes they rode in on.

These speederbike riding gang don't have a uniform, or a uniform weapon there weapons are varied mix of blasters among the sixteen men.

"This is white skulls territory Mandalorian, pay up or we'll take you and your friend's armors off of your corpses!" The smallest Zabrak out of the whole group barks like a chuwa, as he gets off of the back of one of the Speeder bikes.

Using the [Mark/Highlight] function of the squad command menu I highlight the white skull members, my helmet suddenly giving me a 360° view around myself to allow me to do so.

Raising my hands into the air, summoning my lightsabers to my hands, pressing the ignition buttons. I get rewarded by the shocked gasps and fearful expressions of the White Skull gang members as the blades hum to life.

"Leave me your money, seven of your speeder bikes along with your weapons, and I'll let you walk away from this encounter with your lives." I internally laugh at my chuni moment.

Zeerox couldn't believe the balls on this human, he assumes it is a human because of his cockiness.

Sure he might have laser swords and Mandalorian armor…and five heavily armored men with him.

But there were sixteen white skulls here including him, and not to brag. But even Gardulla and Jabba the Hutt leave the White Skulls alone.

'Because we're too minor of a nuisance to them to expend credits on having their hunters eliminate us.' His mind traitorously supplies the reason for his bosses gangs' continued existence.

The blaster that was in Zeerox's right hand slips from his dead grip and falls to the sand. Followed by chunks of smoking meat that could be reassembled into a complete cadaver.

No one was even able to register what happened after the Jedi Mandalorian ignited his Lightsabers. And demanded that the white skulls handed over all but one speeder bike.

That is because Starkiller activated force slow and moved in a burst of speed, using his sabers like Mikey used Leo's katanas to slice up pizzas in the original movie, but to slice and dice all but the smallest Zabrak.

Time resumes its normal pace and the smallest…only remaining Zabrak, shouts. "THAT'S IT BOYS, TAKE THIS BANTHA SHIT OUT!!!" A confused expression crosses the Zabrak's face when no blaster fire fills the air, he begins looking around to see the remains of his crew sliced and diced left laying to rot in the sand.

"Wha-h-how?!" The Zabrak's voice trembles only for the Jedi to signal his men with a wave of his hand, five blaster bolts drilling through his body.

Then he falls face down into the sands of Tatooine dead.

"Loot the bodies of all valuables, and slave the spare speeders to your control systems." At his command the Phase 3 Dark Troopers moved and began carrying out his orders.

'Holyshitholyshitholyshitholyshit!!!' The words holy shit keep playing over and over again in my head rapidly, barely sounding like separate words.

The FPP bar has a (3) next to it, and is sitting at 73%. So I take that to mean my slaughter of sixteen sentient creatures means I filled the bar to 100% three times.

Taking a deep calming breath seems to settle my thoughts. 'I butchered them like animals…I wonder if I'll be able to kill actual humans the way I killed these alien looking fuckers?' No answer comes to my question.

Seeing that the droids have assembled everything of value while I had my little crisis.

I start inspecting my loot, the blasters vary wildly, from pistols, to carbines and one long-range rifle. One of the pistols at least stands out as a DL-44, and the only carbine that stands out to me is the modified EE-3 Carbine Rifle.

There's a pile of various currencies, the Hutt backed Huttese credits, Calamari Flan, some shiny blue-ish white crystals…that I believe are called nova crystals and finally some unmarked credit chips.

Putting the money away in the one of the magnetic pouches on my belt, I pick up the EE-3 and fix the three point sling on it and hook it to myself.

"You guys take the rest of the blasters and power packs, then mount up and drive to the city in a staggered formation." With that said I claim the speederbike that had belonged to the leader of these white skull bozos.

The controls are pretty similar to a motorcycle and a skid steer. So with a bit of gentle experimentation and a bit of driving around in circles I get comfortable and familiar with the controls.

The droids patiently waited for me the entire time, and once I joined the formation we finally continue on our way to Mos Espa.
