Chapter 123: saving death seeking people can gain 5000 karma points
With Vicky and balalaika showing their fangs the impact is quite good. Balalaika felt quite happy with the way Vicky handled things and later Vicky left with Revy and rock as they are going to hotel to rest.
Along the way they saw a small festival at a shrine going on. Vicky knows that he would meet two important characters here. He went along with Revy and she started to do a shooting contest in a stall.

Revy started to argue and the big man that is the body guard of the mafia boss daughter came over because he is overseeing this festival area. Vicky did not stop Revy and this attracted the big man called gin.
Vicky at that time got a quest from the system. It is to save the lives of gin and the mafia girl Yukio. "Fucking hell…"Vicky cursed directly not outside but inside his mind and then looked at the situation with not so good eyes.
Vicky sighed and decided to look at the reward. It is actually 5000 karma points. It is not a small sum. Naturally money makes the ghost run mill, why can't he save a simple lass and the big guy. So he directly decided to meddle in this matter.
So when Yukio said that they wanted to drink sake Vicky went along and pulled Revy along with him. He sat beside the big man between gin and Revy. Then he started to speak softly to gin without letting his voice get bigger.

You can use violence to save her but that would not let you live peacefully. If you want to keep the smile on her face, take her away and withdrew from what you are used to be and love her with all your heart to keep her alive.
Well you might not believe it but you will believe it soon. She has a heavy burden on her shoulders. Don't let your wild thoughts distance yourself from her. If you do you will regret it for the rest of your life.
That is the warning or prophecy that I want to give you. It is your choice to stop her from falling into the center of vortex or not. You might have a second chance but at that time she would be emotionally damaged. It is your call."
After speaking Vicky stood up and pulled Revy to leave, rock on the side also completed his drink and can leave with his sweet time talking. Gin did not believe in the words of Vicky but the voice and presence that Vicky gave him is much stronger than his master.
The vicissitude in his voice is not something that can be gained through few things. It will not come from killing but comes from controlling the life and death of hundreds and thousands of people.

While Vicky is working there is a Russian man that caused balalaika to be angry. Vicky looked and did not say anything. But one time he started to mock Vicky instead of balalaika. So Vicky turned his eyes on him and said to him in Russian.
"To tell you the truth, I did not like your face or demeanor. You might have the organization behind you, I have none but I have a hundred ways to kill you on the spot in the most painful way without getting my hands dirty.
Your organization would not come to kill a desperado that can cause heavy losses to them for a stupid pig like you. So take the respect when given. You should apologize to me if not I will make sure that you will never have THAT happiness…"
Vicky looked at the lower body part of that man and his eyes are so threatening that the backbone of that man started to feel cold shiver running down it. He was clear on what Vicky said. Both balalaika and the sergeant were shocked by the intent released from Vicky.
It is not something from a war or killing but something far more terrifying. It is the demeanor of the leader, a king that can order anyone and make his words come true. The man was so terrified that almost wet his pants.
But he immediately remembered that he would not care about Vicky because he has his pride. Unfortunately before he can react he felt something thin piercing his lower body and it came out really quickly. It is a tooth pick.
