Gara opened the mansion gates. An entirely new sight spread before him. Rows of newly built cream-colored buildings stood beyond the entrance.
A smile appeared on Gara's face, though nostalgia lingered in his eyes. The empty open scenery was gone now. The Dimensional Home had truly changed.
Gara turned through the gap between the buildings to reach the main road.
He had deliberately avoided connecting the main road directly to the mansion gates.
That way, there wouldn't be too much traffic entering and leaving the mansion. For the sake of his children's safety.
Even Hilda, despite being the baroness, didn't live inside the mansion. She stayed in housing specially built for those working in government and the military.
As for the guards and knights, most of them stayed in the barracks instead. The houses in the residential area were mainly occupied by those who had brought their families to live here.
