A little later when Jack had sent Nisha out with a quick spank in her butt that made her flush and giggle. Jack was finally alone.
There was a lot of work to be done.
Summon civilians so he had at least 500 in total. Summon a new batch of troops. Create 47 trash houses. Create the drill-zone. Clear the forest territory. Properly fix a farm area for the blackroot with Gynda... And so much more
But Jack had a thought first. With this much resources he wanted to upgrade the mansion. It would be much more comfortable to have Nisha with him tonight if the bed and entire mansion was upgraded.
He stepped outside and ordered Nisha and the civilians to grab their things and move out of the mansion area.

Jack was about to upgrade the mansion but was now faced with a [Yes] or [No] option.
He immediately chose [Yes] and the combined resources vanished from his lords resource pool and the mansion began to transform before his eyes.
After a few minutes of strange lights and the sounds of grinding stone and creaking wood, the mansion was completely upgraded.

The new common rank mansion was about the same size and shape as the trash rank. But it seemed like an entirely different building. The old wood, broken and dusty appearance had vanished. In its place stood a solid mansion of stone and new wood. The windows had proper wooden frames and the doors were new and solid.
It was much more beautiful and proper for a lord now.
"Wow lord! It's truly a big difference!"
Nisha and the others was quickly allowed to reenter and explore before resuming work.
Jack had other plans. He had slept with Nisha until midday and now was the time to work.
He quickly went to the summon area.

Jack had already spend a huge amount of gold. But he had 224.000 gold coins left. And even though it was already noon, his day had just begun.
Moving on he appeared before Gynda at the plateau.
"Have you found a way to plant the blackroot seeds?" Jack asked in business mode.
"Yes lord. They seem to thrive between rocks and dry earth. It is a good area for them here on the mountain side. But I think they would thrive even better without all those bushes and vines growing there".
Gynda was happy that her lord had finally addressed the issue, and quickly followed Jack up the crude stairway to the habitual zones above the black mountain entrance.
"Follow me up to the 3rd level. We will allocate those 2 square kilometres area for the blackroots."
Jack continued walking while more civilians under Gynda, followed them.
Once at the 3rd level, Jack told the civilians to wait while he went a thousand meters further inside.
Standing there in the middle, he closed his eyes and began walking in growing circles.
An hour later the entire 2 square kilometres zone was littered with medium size rocks and small stones.
"My part is done. However, this area still needs soil. You will collect it from around the mountain and litter it here. Ask the dwarves if they can build a 1 person wagon with one wheel. A Wheelbarrow. That should speed things up."
Jack nodded as he visualized the work. And he added another thing.
"Gynda, join your efforts with Nisha, the civilians under her has already started tending to the Dimwags. Their feces should come in handy if mixed with the soil you spread here."
Gynda and the civilians were happy and quickly began this undertaking. Their very own and self-made field of edible sustenance was finally being build.
"There will soon be many more civilians Gynda. Make sure they all have plenty of work to do."
Gynda bowed and threw a flirting smile before running off to Nisha and the summoning area for the new civilians.
Jack went down two levels and planned where to build the new houses.
An hour our later 47 new houses were build in a proper 'X' plan to allow a main road through the levels, and additional small roads in the building zone, with houses on both sides.
But Jack was not done yet. He continued to the dwarf habitat zone inside the mountain and began in the middle. He visualized a large 'trading zone' here in the middle where his civilians could claim a small stand for a small shop eventually.
Having left that area bare he continued building houses in an expanding '¤' plan. The center of the circle had the trading zone with room for a road all around it. Then came a round wall of houses with only 4 direct roads into the trading zone.
Having done his job, Jack was finally hungry again, and much less wealthy than he had been in the morning.
After upgrading his mansion, summoning civilians, troops and building 100 houses, his resources looked like this.

It seemed that wood was still the most hard resource to gain. Be he thought that it would soon be changed. He just needed a way to forge his own axes, pickaxes, armor and weapons.
'I need a forge...' Jack realized this.
Following that thread of thought a single name appeared in his mind. Xena. He had not heard from her in quite a while. Actually he hand not even checked the chat, not even after gaining the global top rank.

Instantly Jacks vision was flooded with many messages. The other, nearby, human lords was still busy talking about the event. Jack scrolled through them quickly and only stopped a few times when something caught his attention.
Technicality: My new Hero has the ability to hasten the growth of farms! If anyone has any related treasure, or even seeds like wheat, I will pay a substantial amount of gold coins!
Kingslayer: Tssk! My new Hero is an uncommon warrior who can lead my army! Tell me where you live Technicality!
Blaze: You people should all mourn the millions that died today! Stop braggin!
Ramises the Goat: I support that Blaze! My alliance member, ShadowCoke, almost died today! The boss spawn came from the sea. Killed everyone and razed the entire village! He was lucky to escape up the beach where I could pick him up in my boat! Now he is a Hero in my territory.
Many more was talking over each other, but the gist of it was this.
Everyone who managed to survive had gained a 'Hero token' and used it on a troop or civilian to gain a much better follower. The 'heroes' were even able to consume the Essence Cores and grow stronger.
Additionally it seemed that when a Lord lost his or her territory and summoning portals, the 'Lord privileges' and system was removed from them entirely. However they could choose to become a 'Hero' in another lords territory and keep their initial starter ability.
Besides this, many talked about the rankings. Ramises the Goat and Blaze enjoyed great respect it seemed.
But apparently many had talked about Jack, no one knew him or had even seen him in the chat. They concluded that he might live somewhere outside their local chat bubble.
But Jack noticed that Xena had not been in the chat. She had not even sent a private message, which Jack thought was strange, since she clearly knew the 1st rank named Jack.
[Jack: Xena, are you alive?]
Jack feared the worst as he sent the message.
[Xena: Hi Jack. Or should I say; Globally first ranked lord?]
Jack smiled. She really was a clever one. Even if the billions of humans had translocated and could get a new name - how many would choose 'Jack'? And out of those, how many would be ranked 1th both globally and locally?
[Jack: I'm glad to hear you are safe! But please tell me, how did you get the forge blueprint?]
[Xena: Oh no no... If I tell you that I loose my best business. Besides, shouldn't you tell me how you got so strong? I haven't told anyone about you. You can trust me.]
[Jack: It's a long story. If you tell me about the forge, I will try to explain.]
[Xena: Deal. But hurry up. I might be dead by tomorrow.]
[Jack: Dead by tomorrow? How come?]
[Xena: Sigh... The resources around my territory is scarce and far between. And the centaurs and hill trolls keep increasing in numbers all over these hills. By tomorrow, I wont have any resources left, and the enemies are closing in.]
Jack thought about this for a while. If only there was something he could do, he would certainly do it. Xena had, after all, been his first connection here to other earth-humans, and his first business partner which allowed him to expand so rapidly.
[Jack: If I can somehow help, I will. But tell me about the forge...]
[Xena: Alright... I'm actually impressed that you don't know about it yet. After the first 7 days here, the mission for it became available when I encountered the iron deposit spawn.]
So that's it. Jack had only been here for 3 days, but Xena didn't know that.
[Jack: Thank you for telling me. And about me... Actually I was just translocated her 3 days ago.. Something during that time made me stuck, and I spawned in the far end of that mountain enclosed peninsula. This is where I found all the gold..]
Xena instantly gasped... If he could survive in such a dangerous place, that had killed thousands of lords in the first chaotic day...
Xena knew her time alive was dangerously low. But hadn't other lords who lost their territory, chosen to become Heroes in other lords territory? Was this not also a good way to live?
So far she had not made a very good lord. Everyone was beginning to starve. Many didn't even have a house or a bed to sleep.
The more she though about Jack, the more certain she became.
'He is strong. He is currently the number one, globally! That means above billions, or even trillions of lords!'
