Chen Xuan followed Ye Qingxian to the dining table and was momentarily stunned looking at the spread of dishes.
It didn't look like takeout; it looked more like homemade food.
"Did you make all of this yourself?" Chen Xuan turned his head to look at Ye Qingxian, his eyes slightly surprised.
Ye Qingxian nodded with a smile, "That's right, I made it all myself. Try it and see how it tastes?"
Chen Xuan was very amazed, "When did you learn to cook? I don't remember you being able to do this before."
Ye Qingxian gave a playful smile, "I just learned it recently! I was bored anyway, so I took up cooking."
"I made it especially for you to eat alone; no one else gets this treatment."
Hearing this, Chen Xuan felt a bit uneasy inside.
Ye Qingxian's intentions were obvious. It wasn't exactly to please him intentionally, but at the very least, it showed genuine affection for him.
However, he still couldn't figure out Ye Qingxian's thoughts.
Why approach him? Why be so kind to him?
