He's not too fond of shared accommodations because many things can be inconvenient, like getting intimate.
The manager smiled and explained, "This area is where high-end public servants and state employees live. There are very few listings around here, practically none. If you don't mind sharing, it's much easier to find a place."
Li Chuan was a bit curious, "Then what kind of people would I be sharing with?"
Manager: "I happen to have an apartment here."
"There's already a newlywedded couple and a girl living there, with one room available. If you don't mind, I can take you to see it now."
"By the way, this room is just next door to the Jinxiu Garden you mentioned, just a minute's walk away."
