Old Dean put down his wine glass and concluded.

"Indeed, everyone is waiting for the seafaring vessels that belong to the Ark."

Charles nodded.

In fact, many sailors have recently volunteered, wanting to use their fleets to work for the Ark's official business, but Charles rejected them all.

Despite Seagull Port being bustling, the Ark is currently only in contact with some very small maritime merchant fleets. Even without discussing trust issues, these bronze-level sailors are frankly just a bunch of weaklings.

To avoid being noticed by the sea, their ships can only transport the most basic materials. If they want to buy some of the Ark's special art treasures to present to their own King, they have to rely on the Alliance's Magic Scrolls to cautiously shield the sea's gaze.
