Hilia is currently in a town under the jurisdiction of Fanar City, called Blazing Town.
The town is said to be named because, during the time of the Blue Dragon Empire's independence and resistance against the Holy Court Knight Order, Erina unleashed a powerful Flame Burst Skill that destroyed the surrounding mountains, creating flat land upon which the border town was built.
Just ahead of here is the border between the Blue Dragon Empire and the Ista Empire.
