David turned around and looked at Eric and the elders of the Ice Race standing nearby.
"I need to find my companions. Their power might help us completely resolve the threat of the Ice Hell."
The elders exchanged glances, then nodded.
Eric stepped forward, a hint of worry in his voice, "Lord David, please be careful."
David nodded, "I'll be back as soon as I can."
That night, David opened a Teleportation Gate leading to the Bright World.
David stood before the gate, took a deep breath, and then stepped into it.
After a strong sense of dizziness, David found himself back in the Bright World.
He stood in a familiar forest, surrounded by lush trees, with sunlight filtering through the leaves and casting dappled shadows on the ground.
This was the place where he parted ways with Amy and Reina.
Upon seeing David appear, Amy and Reina were very excited and immediately threw themselves into his arms.
