David's gaze was fixed deep into the Far North: "The source of the cold wave lies at the heart of the ice field. There stands an ancient Frost Altar, sealing the power of the Ice World. If we can destroy the altar, we can prevent the arrival of the cold wave."
"Then let's move quickly." Amy tightened her grip on her Magic Staff, a glimmer of determination in her eyes.
David nodded, then led Amy and Reina into the depths of the Far North.
As the three ventured further, the temperature around them dropped lower and lower, the air filled with biting cold.
A thick layer of ice covered the ground, and beneath it, plants and animals, sealed in ice, could be vaguely seen. The surroundings were deathly silent, broken only by the howling wind.
"The Ice Power here... it's too strong."
Reina whispered, her body trembling slightly, obviously struggling against the chill.
