Although the Celestial Destiny Empire is further from here, delaying a visit to the Elf Kingdom to fetch Xiya wouldn't be too late. However, currently, there's uncertainty about whether Xiya has been chosen as the Saintess, so it's hard to say if there would be delays. Going early is certainly more stable.
