When she saw people take their medicine, recover from their illnesses, and show joyful smiles, her heart would follow along and feel happy too.
The little old man had exaggerated things too much—so long as she kept walking, one day she would cure everyone's illnesses. Once everyone's sicknesses were healed and all lived in peace and happiness, this world would naturally be cured as well.
