"You volunteered to treat me—I didn't force you."
"Of course. I've taken up a lot of your time today, and if I didn't buy you a meal, I'd feel bad about it."
"Not really. I don't get many visitors anyway."
Andri closed the door of the Thorny Hut.
Unlike the cozy pajamas she wore in the shop, she'd switched to a sophisticated dark green dress for their outing. The skirt fell neatly to her knees, and beneath it, her slender calves were clad in soft brown leather boots.
"You don't go out much, do you, Senior?"
Gauss watched her fuss with her outfit, clearly putting a lot of thought into her look, and asked curiously.
"Since retiring, I'm too lazy to go out. Usually, the neighborhood tavern delivers food." Andri made another adjustment to her skirt, letting out a sigh of relief when she was satisfied.
