This was the horrible side of the shifter, especially those with dominant character, they would love to have you in their arms and wanted to subdue you the more you showed your defiance, just like what Meera did right now.
The more Meera was trying to push him away, the more Zane wanted to keep her close and watched her limit.
"Let me go, you bastard!" Meera was screaming when Zane kissed her neck, her whole body shuddered by disgusted because this was not her mate that touched and the feeling made her wanted to throw up, when he breathed on her neck. "What do you think you are doing?!"
