Apologies, Brood, but there won't be a chapter tonight. I'm too angry to write.
My mother just found out that her husband, my stepfather, has been cheating on her for over a year. Between the betrayal itself and watching the way his side of the family has treated her through all of this, my attention is somewhere else right now. I've tried to sit down and write, but the rage in me won't let me focus enough to give you guys a chapter worth reading.
Don't worry, though. The story isn't going anywhere, and I know we're at a crazy point in DAS right now. I don't want to leave everyone hanging until Monday, so I'll be releasing a makeup chapter sometime this weekend. I'll also be dropping a major update regarding DAS as a whole and what's coming next.
Once again, I'm sorry for missing tonight's chapter. I appreciate everyone who continues to read and support the story.
