"Facing her is Rigel von Gousel, son of a marquis! Belonging to first-year S-class, and also active in the Health Committee and the kendo club!! With overwhelming ability he crushed the rivals lined up! In his first appearance he raced all the way to the final!!"
When he was introduced, a single boy quietly stepped out from the opposite side of the stage.
Rigel von Gousel.
In his eyes dwelled calm and honed fighting spirit.
His presence was endlessly quiet, and that was why it conversely made one feel something that was not ordinary.
"Lord Rigel! Lord Rigel!! Lord Rigel!!!"
"Uoooooh!!"
"…Ooh?"
Cheers rose again, but that ring was not uniform.
There were those in a frenzy, and those who contained some confusion.
In the excitement a temperature difference had been born.
Those who had noticed Rigel's true ability, those who had watched the fights through the semifinal and been captivated by his talent, already recognized him as a strong one.
