Two girls, Testarossa and Nessis, muttered to themselves.
"Rigel-kun, he's late…"
"I'm worried…"
Rigel had taken Lizia, who had anemia, to the infirmary and hadn't come back.
"Umm… What on earth happened to him…? Is he lost? Or did Lizia-san's condition worsen?"
"Even if he hands her over to the teacher, he should have finished his part by now… But the entrance ceremony is about to start."
Testarossa and Nessis looked at each other uneasily.
Just then, a female student who overheard them approached and spoke.
"Hey, you two. Are you friends with that latecomer?"
"Eh? U-um… Who are you?"
Startled, Testarossa asked back while bewildered.
The girl replied in a bad mood.
"My name is Rebecca. I'm your classmate. I'm from the proud beast tribe."
"Eh? Really? Sorry, I didn't know at all…"
Testarossa apologized awkwardly.
Then Rebecca's face twisted even more unhappily.
