Chapter 392 - Chapter 392: [Rebirth]

Upon entering the Warp.

Bathed in the omnipresent tides of distortion and negative emotion, Orsaga—already near the peak of his power—recovered instantly, as though a fish returned to water.

Surrounded by the ceaseless flux, he could clearly perceive countless corrupted thoughts flowing through the Warp.

This was the power of emotion.

Based on what he had sensed earlier, most of these emotions originated from beings in the material universe.

Their thoughts and intentions would refract into this place, transforming into energy within the Warp.

However, it wasn't long before Orsaga noticed something unusual.

Amid these emotional forces, several stood out strikingly.

They bore unique imprints—like territories claimed by different gods, clearly delineated by spiritual sovereignty.

Through these imprints embedded in the emotions, Orsaga detected four powerful presences steeped in negative emotion—along with a few peculiar anomalies.

They existed like vortices of various sizes, scattered randomly throughout the Warp.

Of them, the four vortexes representing negative emotions were particularly massive.

From them, Orsaga sensed deadly danger.

However, he also noticed that only three of the vortexes were active. One of them lingered in a dormant state, as though in a deep slumber.

After some thought, Orsaga chose not to reveal his presence.

Instead, he quietly slipped deeper into the Warp.

Even though he had successfully entered this realm—and was not being targeted by the universe's consciousness thanks to "Ra"—he was, in the end, still a foreigner.

To gain the upper hand on foreign soil, he needed thorough preparation.

For instance—turning the away game into a home game.

Just as some people possess dual citizenship between countries, it's possible for a being to gain dual "residency" across different Multiverse of existence.

Of course, this was significantly more complicated.

Especially when one possessed immense power, the difficulty increased exponentially.

Sneaking a grain of sand into someone's home and sneaking in a giant millstone are two entirely different challenges.

Thus, for Orsaga to register dual universe affiliation, the methods required were far from simple.

Everything he had bought from the Eternal Obesilik Tower before was for this very moment.

To gather the necessary ingredients, he had poured nearly all his resources into the effort.

The plundered flesh-essence of fallen beings, his self-crafted potions and magical artifacts, treasures from various Universes…

At this point, his personal storage was practically stripped bare of anything valuable.

Because of this, Orsaga dubbed this operation:

"The Bankruptcy Operation."

The cost of action was near-bankruptcy; the cost of failure, total bankruptcy.

But of course, if he succeeded—he stood a real chance of soaring to greatness.

He admitted—he was gambling.

But if one doesn't gamble, are they even alive!?

---

As he traversed the Warp...

He gradually began to encounter strange creatures and surreal landscapes.

Like a vaguely bovine creature with an abstract form, or planets shaped like irregular polygons, or colossal skeletal starfish with wings.

'If I didn't have things to do, I'd definitely kill a few just to see what they taste like...'

Thanks to such thoughts, many of the native Warp lifeforms and natural wonders were spared—for now.

Several hours later—

After an extended journey, Orsaga reached a deeply hidden region within the Warp.

Using his innate perception of temporal flow, he deduced the ratio between this place and the outside world: roughly 1500:1.

Four years here would pass in just one day outside.

Orsaga nodded in satisfaction.

With a flick of his hand—

An infinite cascade of light wheels unfurled behind him, forming a flawless circular magic formation, establishing a sealed-off domain.

This barrier cut off all outside perception and contact.

Even if another entity passed by, they'd phase straight through, unaware.

Then, like a flood, precious materials began pouring out from Orsaga's personal storage.

Their sheer brilliance dyed the entire space in a spectrum of vibrant color.

Next, Orsaga divided his consciousness into countless fragments—

Each one independently and simultaneously managing a separate task.

Under this multitasking orchestration, the treasures were disassembled, refined, extracted, combined, and applied...

Thus began the Bankruptcy Ritual—

Or more formally, the Dual universe Residency Registration Ritual.

At a speed visible to the naked eye, the ritual began unfolding across the isolated domain—

like a vast, intricate puzzle being gradually completed.

---

A full day later—

The colossal ritual, sprawling over two million square kilometers, was finally complete.

Countless runes—measured in the tens of quadrillions—covered every inch of the ritual space.

Streams of luminous energy pulsed through it all,

Imbuing the universe with an inexplicable aura of divinity.

Standing at the ritual's center, Orsaga began chanting an arcane incantation in a bizarre, twisting dialect.

Gradually, as the chant deepened, a second mouth appeared on the right side of his face.

Without delay, it too began chanting.

Then a third mouth appeared... and then a fourth…

One after another, new mouths emerged and joined the chorus.

Eventually, when his entire body was covered—

Orsaga's form dissolved into a pool of blood-like essence, which spread throughout the entire ritual field.

The countless chanting mouths followed, appearing across the expanse.

When their voices converged—

The previously convoluted incantation gained immense power.

Ripples of force began emanating outward, and the space itself began to tremble!

Every rune in the formation turned into filament-like strands of light,

Stretching beyond the sealed domain—reaching deep into the Warp's core.

And at the center of the ritual—a massive blood-red egg emerged.

This was the step known as:

[Rebirth].

Though by this point, the ritual threads had already granted Orsaga partial recognition from this universe—

It was not yet perfect.

Only by undergoing death and rebirth within this universe could he become a true native of it.

To that end, dying once was mandatory.

Now, as the egg began to throb like a living thing—

Strange fluctuations rippled outward from this sealed domain.

And in that moment, many of the powerful beings dwelling in the Warp felt something... off.

Some grew furious, others puzzled or wary.

Their attention swept the Warp, scanning for irregularities.

It didn't take long—

Only a single day passed within the sealed space—

"Found you!"

With a deafening roar—

A massive arm punched through the ritual's protective barrier.

A crimson figure in brass armor, crowned with a winged helm, burst into the space.

He had arrived.
