Noah's p.o.v
"Morning sleepy... I went to go get you breakfast. Do you want Orange or Apple juice?"
Minutes before Noah left to go get breakfast, he was greeted by a beautiful angelic form. Right now the woman is awake looks frantic and pissed.
"Please go to the pharmacy get me pain meds, a lot of Aspirin and coke."
His obvious reaction is to worry and confusion, perhaps he was too rough on his lover last night or maybe he needs to rush his fated to the hospital.
"What is wrong? Are you fine?"
His fated glared at him. If he was made of glass he would have been shattered into shards and crystal dust by the look in her eyes. He stopped before asking follow up questions.
"It seem yesterday I had a fucking train inside me. Take a wild guess of how I am doing."
She snapped. Wow she is definitely not a morning person. He was about to retort when Alex got up and he saw the blood on one spot on the bed he looked at her concerned.
"Is this normal? We should go get you checked-"
"Just go get me what I asked from you, please."
"Okay. Okay. Love. I will drive to the pharmacy, here is breakfast. I will be right back."
"Do not return without ice-cream. Snacks are optional but they are for the rest of the trip."
She shrugged wincing. He wanted to help her but she stopped him still wrapped in the hotels covers.
"What? Are you pregnant?"
He joked and another displeased glare directed at him; this time it was one that threatened bodily harm. Noah raised his hands at the most part he is confused and desperate need to know what the hell is going on and how to help. He knows she's not a virgin but she's bleeding like it is, is that normal or did he do something to hurt her?
"No. Ridiculous. I am in damned pain and sue me if I just want ice cream to make me feel better."
She sassed. His fated seem to be a mystery for the ages. Being with her truly kept him on his toes but there was something in her sweet, coppery scent that did not match. In fact her scent matched neither beta nor omega and she is definitely not an alpha.

At a loss for what to get, he called the only person he knew who has had probably some experience with this sort of thing especially considering Jayden's adventures with both sexes.
"Brother Jay. What painkillers or ointments did you use on Leo when it was your first time together?"
Jayden: <<'No. Fucking. Way. Are you okay?'>>
"Why wouldn't I be, okay? I'm just at the drug store. Just give me the names."
Jayden: <<'No. Way. Is Alex, okay?'>>
Leo: <<'Jayden, who's that? What's wrong with Lex? Noah! Is it a panic attack? Nightmares? Is she violently ill? Where are you?! We'll be there soon I mean, probably not, but I'm calling Lucas-'>>
Hearing another alpha's name made Noah growl in possessive irritation. On the other end, there was a squeak. This time, Jayden was full-on laughing, clearly amused by the fear and concern now plastered across Leo's face. It must have earned him a punch to the gut, because Jayden let out a choked protest.
Jayden: <<'Ah-'>>
Leo: <<'That's for laughing at something that might be serious. Laugh again and that punch is going lower.'>>
Jayden: <<'Leo. Do you really think this is an emergency? By how long we've been on this call, If she was in trouble… would my brother over there be so calm? Besides fated, Noah called me.'>>
Leo: <<'Ohhh, so what you're suggesting is that I should change my passcode? Because the messages people send me are mine.'>>
Jayden growled his disapproval, but Leo didn't back down.
Leo: <<'Growl on your own time. Noah, are you still there?'>>
"Unfortunately. I called Jayden to ask a hypothetical question, not to listen to a lovers' quarrel..."
Jayden: <<'A hypothetical question about what? I swear, if you hurt Lex-'>>
Jayden: <<'They had sex, alright?! Stop being dramatic, please...'>>
That shut Leo up. For now. Noah chuckled quietly. Jayden had definitely met his match and honestly, that made him happy. Proof that maybe falling for a beta wasn't so insane after all. His Axx does not have to be an omega for them to be in a fulfilled relationship. He was content. Even if his fated is a fussy, stubborn sexy enigma. Eventually the phone was given back to the owner and Noah smirked when he heard Jay sigh out loud. No matter the situation he loves every inconvenience that befalls his pack mate he regards as brother.
"It turns out I love hearing your suffering more."
Jayden: <<'Bite me.'>>
"Jayden. I think I will leave that to Leo."
After receiving the name of the ointment, he took the pain medication, aspirin and four bottles of coke.
"Please give the phone to Leo and step out of the room."
Jayden: <<'No way will I allow-'>>
Leo: <<'Jay love. I'm starving... Can you please make me something sweet and with strawberries?'>>
Argh. He grimaced, trying to shake the image out of his head. The door shut behind him with a dull thud.
Leo:<<'Speak.'>>
"I'm worried about Axx... There was blood on the bed this morning, and I don't know if that's normal. She's the first woman to have-"
Leo: <<'First things first never mention the other women you've been with, especially not to her. Ever.'>> Leo cuts in firmly. <
"Last night? Hungry. This morning? Concerned and helpless. She's pissed and wants aspirin and ice cream."
Leo: <<'Add pads and regular tampons to that list. Don't forget the ice cream butterscotch with chocolate chips or plain vanilla. And about her moods... I'm sure you remember what happens during ovulation?'>>
"Yeah. Thanks..." He paused. "Please just help me through the selection process."
<<'Okay.'>>He hears giggles on the other end of the call, <<'Jay, stop it. I'm helping Noah.'>>
He finally reached the sanitary aisle. Silence settled over the line. Before he could even ask for guidance, he heard... noises. Unmistakable, questionable, should-not-be-heard-in-public kinds of noises. He recoiled. Disgusted. Horrified. Why was life testing him like this?
"Little note, next time hang up when you making out. Especially while on a phone CALL!"
Hanging up he went to to take one of every brand of a box that has the word 'regular' written on in, one of every pad he could find and paid for all the requested items. Next, he went to the convenient store-bought ice cream and his fated mate's favourite snacks and made his way back to their hotel room.

Finding his fated rested so comfortably on his stomach, he placed the bags on the headboard table. Kissing her awake, he leaned in closer to caress her bare shoulder. Noah could not help but touch his incredible body now fully clothed. Axx opened one eye and spat...
"Noah no. Don't you dare..."
"Haha, don't worry my love."
"I just want to hold you." Her scent is intoxicating and his body is reacting to the subtle changes. "Axx?"
She smells sweet, floral, enticing and her scent automatically made him hard. Did she smell this level of heavenly while they were dating because he would never forget this scent of happiness? Nor would he ever mistake the two scents, the first was sweet but this one is different its more like lavender.
"Ah. Noah. Stop, I don't feel comfortable…"
He snapped back to reality and pulled back. He grabbed the bag of things he bought and the first thing she targeted was the ice cream before giving him a confused stare.
"Leo suggested you might be on your period. Wait before you get mad again, I was worried about you and I needed reassurance that you are alright. I did not know what to buy exactly so I bought one of every thing I saw, just in case you did not bring some with you."
"I'm not mad at you, I would preferred no one knowing my business but what's done is done." He moved to sit looking at his two bags before her eyes met his, "I was just in pain earlier but I'm fine now. Thank you for all this, it is really sweet gesture that you wanted to do but you didn't have to. I will be fine."
"I love you."
"Uh. Noah-"
"Shh... I said I will wait for you."
"Don't leave me"
Alex begged hugging him. She took the aspirin and coke.
"Never. From the moment I saw you at the trip, you were mine."
"You belong to me too. Your body, mine. Your mind, mine. Your love, mine. You are mine and do not forget you promised to never leave me."
