Yuna's semifinal began nineteen minutes after my showcase opening call, separated by four hundred kilometers and one contractual responsibility. Wanting both places did not create a route between them or make delegation morally neutral. Every available choice preserved one commitment by accepting a real absence from another.
Fourth Place's operations plan could run without every decision reaching me, but opening still assigned five producer duties toward my role. I held the client-level safety declaration, cross-venue release, financial escalation, public welcome, plus emergency cancellation authority.
My coordinator could assume those duties through a paid transfer executed forty-eight hours before opening. The change would cost twelve hundred credits, alter insurance contacts, plus place extra pressure upon the person already running operations.
"Possible is different from free. Do not attend my match by making another worker silently carry your proof of devotion," Yuna said.
