"Ben was at Leicester with Mahrez for 3 seasons. He has kicked him in training more times than anybody alive. I am not asking you to drop the boy, Danny. I am asking you to put the man on the pitch who knows the answer."
I said no.
She wrote TM ETIHAD inside the cover and drew a box round it, and the pen went through the paper at 1 corner.
