Finally, after what felt like an eternity, light broke through the trees. Everyone stopped walking, hearts racing with hope. They stepped out into bright sunlight, the sky stretching wide and clear above them. They stood on a vast circular stretch of land deep inside the forest, the trees forming a perfect ring around them.
"Welcome to the Village Of Felisara." Ayani said, telling them the name of the village.
Eclipsa sniffed the air suddenly, her nose wrinkling. "These might be…"
"They're the Uldrien Wolves' way of saying this area is under their control. Don't get too close," Aiden answered, feeling the heavy, ominous mana of the alpha.
They looked ahead and gasped. The village of Felisara sprawled before them—circular fences of woven branches, hundrends of tent-like houses scattered like mushrooms, and dozens of bonfires crackling in the center. It was huge, like a small town.
"Daddy… See? We're finally here," Tali said, eyes wide and shining.
