Benjamin: Well it's to be expected that none of the tribes would skip from introducing themselves to their new ruling demon lord

That day was beginning of my formal introduction to the rest of the Jura forest tribes. I was in a tall muscular form to fit into the more intimadating demon lord look, I would've felt awkward and out of place in my usual teeny build. I was also sitting on my kingly demon lord throne that the dwarf brothers conveniently made right before so I had an awesome chair to do cool sitting poses on. There were species that I didn't even knew existed within the forest like pandafolks and turtlefolks
I also saw some familiar people like the lizardmen's chieftain Sabat who I had chatted Dovakin later in hopes of starting reconciliation. Unfortunately, Dovakin had to be a moron and gotten drunk in the middle of it. Thankfully they arranged to talk again at a later date so their is still hope for the father to forgive his traitorous son
The dryads also asked for my permission to serve under Ramiris. I found it quite odd since I didn't view them as subordinates but more vaguely like associates but I assume it's better to stick to formalities in these types of settings. I just led them to the Labyrinth and told them she's in there.
I didn't escorted them myself since I didn't want to have ramiris within my line of sight nor do I want to be within her sight either. I may have no shame taking advantage of my association with her but that doesn't mean I'm not gonna avoid her as if there is a restraining order between us
There was also one specific interaction I took note of

Kaijuno: No need to stiffen yourself. I'm not someone who would just become aggressive for no apparent reason

This kind of timidness was about the same for the weaker tribes. Not being the flustered and nervous one of the convo oddly gave me a sense of satisfactory and ease. Even the stronger tribes chosed to stay formal and respectful to avoid upsetting a demon lord . . . . . . Well almost all of them. For anyone who read the novel, you can guess who I mean
Gozu Chieftain: Hey Demon Lord! Join us and no one will stand in our way! Especially the pathetic Mezu tribe!

Kaijuno: (They're were fast! Not missing a second. I guess I can thank Monster King Haki for this since unlike Demon Lord Haki, it has an effect of making weaker monster more willing to subordinate themselves to me)
After that, the elf chief introduced themselves to me. Immediately I was thanked for having the Gozu and Mezu situation be dealt with. Apparently those chuckle nuts made loads of problems from the nearby inhabitants including the elves.
I offered them a place of residence in the Labyrinth since their current position isn't favorable despite the Gozu/Mezu situation being settled. Maybe rimuru could get off my butt if this works well.
Kaijuno: (Hey rimuru!)

Kaijuno: (I got us some new inhabitants for the Labyrinth)

It was fairly mundane for most of the chats and introductions til the people of the hour finally showed up, the tengu tribe. The head of the group is none other than the daughter of the elder, Momiji

Kaijuno: Excellent! I am who they refer to as Kaijuno and it's my pleasure to meet the people of the tengu tribe. I wished to first establish that despite becoming the ruler of the forest, I have no intentions of stepping into your affairs
Momiji: That's good, while you're recognized as this forest's ruler, we won't tolerate any interference
Kaijuno: (Yagami, how is she feeling right now?)
Yagami: (Answer, individual momiji is currently suppressing her stress)
Kaijuno: (figured, seeing how clenched her fist is. Despite her prideful attitude, even she can't feel at ease in talks with a demon lord while keeping her stance as a leader)
Kaijuno: I'm sure you would be wary. I assume this due to your matter with the former demon lord Frey
Momiji: Yes exactly. We wished to discuss with that infact. If what that letter said was true, then Frey really stepped down as a demon lord?
Kaijuno: (Good call for myself. I had Frey's situation be mentioned in the letter for them to read. Opens up a clearing of that misunderstanding)
Kaijuno: Indeed, I have heard that there were tensions between the tengus and the harpies. For your concern, I can confirm that the sky queen Frey has stepped down of her position as a demon lord and is currently serving demon lord milim
Momiji: But what would that change anything?
Kaijuno: It does, since I claimed the entire forest of jura as my territory as a demon lord, it would mean she can't attack and invade like she used to due to the non-agression pact between demon lords. Despite no longer being a demon lord herself, she serving milim who is a demon lord so that pact still applies
Demon Lord milim is also a personal friend of my sister so the last thing she'll want is to attack and provoke us
Momiji: You seriously mean?
Kaijuno: Yes, Frey can no longer attack the tengus. Also I don't believe she would need to anyways. Geld, isn't Frey pleased with the reconstruction of her capital?
Geld: Yes, she especially enjoyed how much higher it was made compared to the previous design
Kaijuno: So there you have it. Frey is no longer a problem for the tengu to deal with
Momiji: So it was true all along
Having the concern in regards to Frey settled, negotiations went far more smoothly and we were able to form a pack with the tengu

The tengu guard handed me the envelope holding two letters. The one behind the front one was the actual letter intended for me. It was basically hopeful wishes for prosperous relationship between them and us along with documented confirmation to be permitted to dig a tunnel through the mountain they reside in.
The letter in front was the one intended for shifu, full of romantic gestures. Kinda awkward to say out to a demon lord
Kaijuno: (You're welcome momiji, I just saved you a moment of embarrassment)

Not taking a moment longer momiji embraced Shifu in a hug with Shifu fully accepting it. The sweet reunion left a couple in tears

As assumed this became a custom within Tempest. One that I was able to get labeled as "Love Dramatic" it was oddly entertaining see multiple people trying to charm someone out in the open. It's like watching a romcom anime
The moment I finally had some time off from the formal meetings I decided to take a trip to check you big bro's Veldora's food stall that was set up show some cuisine prior to the festival. I still couldn't bring myself to eat seafood so I just went in support of his takoyaki business trial run. But before i could reach his stall, there was a big line that formed a crowd.
I decided to just came back later when the line is less clustered but before I stepped away, I noticed a stack of paper on the ground. Taking a moment to check it, I noticed it has illustrations of various things and little stars. It didn't took a while me to smirk upon realization of who this belongs to
