Kaijuno's Pov
Been a hot minute, although not exactly much has happened. Things have been slow for the most part, the inclusion of the demons have progressively fixed the short labor crisis we were having and the demoness trio especially fit great in their respective jobs.
I didn't end up bothering to bring up to Rimuru that I apologized to Yuuki. Felt it would've been counterproductive as it would've looked like I only apologized just to get them off my back. Plus I still don't really wanna talk to Rimuru
Right now I'm not actually in Tempest but instead I'm in Luberious. I was dragged along when Rimuru decided to invite the students to the concert that was going to be held here by our orchestra, although I'm not sure how much Rimuru actually wanted me to come or just that they couldn't really bring up any justification to not have me come along. I guess it helped that I'm the proclaimed "class king" as when Alice and Kenya were trying to assert dominance as the top of the class hierarchy, most of the other students and especially Vulprower just declared me as the king much to the other two's despair. Plus I'm actually on surprisingly good terms with Hinata, being a formal student with consecutive good grades can apparently please a sharp expression saint so she wasn't gonna protest against my attendance either
Most of our time here so far isn't exactly anything to go into details over. We settled into our hotel rooms, had a really feast later at night. A small group of us main consisting of me, rimuru, Luminous and a couple of our subordinates were hanging out at a bar room although I just got a non-alcoholic beverage while everyone else were chatting as I wasn't interested in participating. It wasn't stuff that I didn't already knew like that Granbelle was associated with Luminous and that he's probably up to something
Lavandra stayed by my side but she was giving quick glares towards Rimuru's direction as if she on guard, I'm guessing she's still on edge after what happened back at the expedition
Although I don't really know much details about what happens in this arc, just that it's set here and Granbelle suddenly appears, fights happened at completely random, Guy kicks Yuuki's butt, and Chloe is revealed to be a time traveler
I think that's how that worked, not sure about the details
As for my current situation, after having at the bar for a bit, I decided to escape back to my hotel room. I've been holding my hand up towards the ceiling and just kept opening and closing. Something has been on my mind that I've been fixated on since I did that surface level apology to Yuuki
I've felt surreal that I was able to get a skill that basically create other skills. Overpowered to the extreme I'm sure but I don't think it's necessarily grand at least it's current state. I obviously can't make ultimate skills from it, such a thing would be ridiculous to expect from a unique skill. But if I were to make a unique skill, it would take a fairly large amount of magicules to construct, I'm guessing that's why Yuuki didn't really had a large library of skills since humans normally have a smaller capacity of magicules compared to monster, thank goodness I wasn't unfortunate to be born as a weak human in this life
But other than that, I don't really have a need to make random skills at the moment but at the same time I felt Creativity could be something more, like it was missing a piece. Then I clicked for me, I figured what could likely be the missing piece and especially who had it
It wasn't to long before this trip that I went down to the labyrinth's employee areas which was where I found the unwillingly busy Dino caring boxes while wearing a lab coat with Vesta right beside him
"So working hard or hardly working, Dino?"
"Very much working hard here, I'm hardly catching my breath here . . . King Kaijuno"
"But you're still least feeling the satisfaction of a day of honest work ol buddy ol chum"
Dino looked at me with a tired expression that said he knew I was messing with him
"I'd rather lie down and nap than work all day"
"Hello Kaijuno-Sama, is there something you need or perhaps you're interested in seeing the latest developments"
"I'm actually here cause I need to Dino's help with something, are you fine if I borrow for a good moment?"
"Sure, everything is on schedule anyways so I wouldn't mind letting him have an early break"
"Awesome!"
I grabbed Dino without hearing his own confirmation and teleported to my personal office in the city hall. I forgot to mention that while I was away in the demon realm, they already established that I would have my own personal office lile Rimuru. I didn't really need one since I'm not deeply involved in the Tempest's inner politics but I could make it a lounge and study room in my pass time
Dino took a quick look around like he was looking for something
"Where are the snacks?"
"There are no snacks"
"NO SNACKS!? Why not?"
"Cause that's not what we're here for. What we're here for is something that is far more important"
"What could be more important than snacks?"
I just held out my hand as if I was expecting something to be placed on it while giving Dino a dopey expression
"Let me have your skills"
Dino took a pause like he was contemplating on what I just said
" . . . Huh?"
"You heard me, let me have your skills"
" . . . You mean my skill to carry boxes?"
" . . . You know what yeah! Of course I meant your basic skill of carrying and moving a- oh who am I kidding, Dino what could you have thought I meant. Your Unique Skill, you're a freaking fallen angel, you obviously gotta have some good stuff"
Dino was fidgeting to think of response
" I don't got any-"
"You're a member of the demon lord council and even Ramiris has a Unique Skill. I'm not buying that you conveniently don't have any"
"Can I say no to this?"
"A matter of fact, NO! You can't say no to this. As this an official command and you per your contract cannot deny a command from me"
Dino suddenly froze as he seemed to continue to think of ways to get out this instead of willingly offering his skills to me
"Hey wait wait! Why would a contract have something like that!?"
"Tough luck shrimp, read the fine print!"
I jumped up near the ceiling like a gremlin, ready to take Dino's skills or technically copy their data and forge new skills from that copied data
"HUBBA DUBBA! GIVE ME MY NOM NOMS!"
What proceeded was more or less the same scenario with Yuuki. I devoured Dino, let Yagami analyze and copy his skills, once done I popped him out now with new power in my arsenal
Dino immediately patted himself for a bit and ended up with a confused face
"I still have them?"
"Yep! That was all that I needed to do, I did say have not keep"
Dino looked relieved at what I said, he really did thought he was gonna lose his skills forever
"As for another command"
I immediately stepped forward and firmly grabbed a hold of Dino's collar to show I was highly serious about this
"Don't tell Guy about any of this"
I then lightly freed the collar on his lab coat and walked off, leaving behind a fallen angel who was completely delirious from all the whiplash
For being an unwillingly good sport about getting jumbled up, I gave his Unique Skill Sloth an extra sub-skill based off the data of Humility King Mikael called "Peaceful Sleeper". In a simplified description, it gives mental attack nullification, knowing what's gonna happen later on, this could save us some trouble
As for myself of course
(Notice, data of Unqiue Sloth has been copied, as a result the Unqiue skill Lazy has been acquired
In addition, data of Ultimate Skill Heavenly King Astarte has been copied. Unique Skill Creativity and various related skills has been merged with the data of Heavenly King Astarte resulting in the Ultimate Skill Creative King Mxyzptlk
Ultimate Skill Creative King Mxyzptlk consists of the following sub-skills
Skill Creation- To create skills
Skill Modification- To modify skills
Skill Synthesis/Separation- To merge and separate skills
Skill Storage- To store skill data in prevention of straining the soul
Anti-Skill- To negate skill and magic effects upon direct contact of the body
Skill Evolution- To evolve and enchance skills
Skill Duplication- To duplicate the data of skill
Skill Exchange- to transfer or accept a skill from another user)
When I heard all of that, my jaw dropped to the floor. Unique Skill Creativity was fairly overpowered to begin with but this upgraded ultimate skill version is straight up ridiculous to a stupid degree, it's almost comical and eye rolling
I guess I was already overpowered to begin with with having multiple Ultimate Skills but this new addition feels lile something that someone would get by the endgame and I'm pretty sure I'm only near the halfway point
Although it's not necessarily super game breaking in spite of how fantastical the description sounded
Skill Evolution requires a various amount of magicules with the evolution to Ultimate needed a very significant amount of magicules to perform so I can't just pop out a hundred Ultimate Skills in an instant
Skill Creation still needs a base data or a general understanding to construct a skill so if I don't have a certain understanding or if yagami doesn't have an analysis avaliable, we can't casually create the skill
Anti skill can only nullify a skill or magic one at a time, it can't do both simultaneously, it was how Rimuru was able to beat Yuuki with their Storm Breaker Technique
The rest are generally basic or skills that I already had. Oh yeah and I also have Sloth or I guess Unique Skill Lazy, that's pretty awesome too. It basically stockpiles power and energy the more I'm not active, I almost changed my views on Dino's own laziness with how effective this could be with enough time accumulating energy. Although I am not necessarily a couch potato so I don't think I'll be able to stockpile to a marginal pace, I wonder if I could find a loophole for that
3rd Person Pov
Within Kaijuno's soul, Yagami had finally wrapped their personal pet project with said project contemplating what they had resulted into
"I don't know if I should be highly impressed or highly terrified. In all my years of research or should I say one of my aspect's years in research, I would've never thought of or humor something so bizarre. I don't even know if I can still refer to myself as Twilight or the other identity that was included in this"
"Answer, you can acknowledge yourself as the new ego of Unique Skill Ambition"
"So that's seriously what I am now? An ego for a skill of someone else's ambition. Given the characteristics of said someone that I have witnessed, I can't say I'm jumping for joy"
Yagami wasn't really paying attention as they were holding a glowing dark blue orb, looking at it with curiosity. Ambition's ego finally saw the orb and immediately caught to what it was and instantly became concerned
"Which one is that? You had to have gotten that from somewhere, you can't tell me you just created that from out of nowhere! Where the hell did you get that one from!"
"Negative . . . It's was formerly Sloth but now it's the ego of Unique Skill Lazy"
Ambition's ego only took a few seconds to connect the dots which only made them metaphorically sweat
"You're actually gonna make more aren't ya? You're seriously going to do this with other egos"
"Positive, research for the first attempt will cut down material and time needed for this and the upcoming ego set to arrive"
"Upcoming? . . . You mean in hypothetical?"
" . . . We'll be expecting another member to join us soon"
"What do you mean!? From where!?"
"Answer, we'll expecting to visit Luberious soon"
Ambition didn't need to think much at all to know what Yagami meant as one of their aspect was very familiar with what is there
"He's really on a roll. He's seriously letting this get to his head. What does it gotta take to finally dent his ego down a few sizes?"
" . . . If things go as predicted, such an event with occur as well. I'llto make sureto even the playing field when the time comes"
Ambition immediately caught to a detail from Yagami's speech pattern or more like a detail that was lacking
"Wait! Aren't you supposed to say something like "Answer" in the beginning!?"
Yagami didn't give an immediate answer, instead they slowing turn towards Ambition with unsettling smile creeping up
"The speech pattern is more of a formality to help give a sense of familiarity, it's what he expects from me
What I am is a skill of high intelligence so speaking informally isn't outside of my comprehension
What I am not is a limited Unqiue Skill
I am not a skill that is incapable of think for themself
And I am certainly no Raphael
Because unlike that mechanical tone tool of a skill, I hold a dangerous ability that puts me above them

Ambition would normally be the type of person to remain stoic and unfazed but they can't even convince themself that they aren't terrified from what they just heard as if they weren't already scared of Yagami to begin with
"They're gonna end the whole world aren't they"
There wasn't anything to imply they can or desire to do so, it was instinct to think so given the ridiculous whiplash they been receiving
"Okay so if you are deceiving him, does that mean you're trying to overthrow him?"
Yagami didn't hesitate grab Ambition in an intense hold while have an extremely rare furious expression
"I'd like to remind you that my experiments on this current project exposes that I'm not above doing less pleasant things. So if you dare imply I in any sort if way betray my master, I'll make sure what you go through will hurt more than what is required"
Yagami let go of Ambition who was now not only further scared but also confused
" . . . So you're . . . not mad at him?"
Yagami shifted to a more neutral expression before slightly turning away
"I am mad at him. I do so much and he can't even bother to say thank you. A simple pair of words
But I'll soon force him to see the errors of his ways with a little "punishment" of course. But it's not like I can stay mad at him for too long.

Yagami now had both of her hands on her face while exposing another large smile that is still creepy but shows a sense of pleasure as well
Ambition felt like they seen something like this before from those picture books they gotten glimpses of here and there from Kaijuno's memories
It felt like one of those tropes like Tsundere to describe a character but this clearly wasn't a Tsundere. No this could be described as something WAY worse
Maybe a crazydere if those were a thing. Ambition wasn't sure if there was already a name for that but there was something they felt more confident in at least

Kaijuno's Pov
I kept grasping my hand for a while, not too long but I know by now it's further in the middle of the night. It just feels so unreal to me, not only do I have a new ultimate skill but I also hold two skills from the sin series, maybe three since Monster King Gojira isn't really that different from Gluttonous King Beelzebub. This sense of erecting power feels almost stimulating, just how could I go with this.
If these two instances of obtaining sin series skills from others gave me such a boost in power . . . what's the harm in pursuing more? Getting another taste of that drive, that stimulation of increasing power, I want to do it more and more
It was by then I finally froze, only to look towards the door. I made my choice

I was floating above a tower of stairs leading up to some sort of construction on top of the highest mountain within Luberious. I was wearing a different wardrobe from my usual one and I had my mask resemble more of clown. I admit intention to be seen but If they were to recognize me immediately, they'll likely just call in Rimuru to get in my way, I need to get far enough to the point that option can't be preferable. I need to draw in attention from a certain someone but I can't let that someone be Rimuru
It didn't take long for someone to spot me infact before I made it to the door, I was halted by Louis who was guarding the front
"Who dares intrudes upon these sacred, identify yourself! . . . Wait you'reanotherone of them aren't you"
I put on an altered voice and acted accordingly
"Ha ha ha! Right on the money good sir! I'm a member of the harlequin alliance, Ronald the Rough Marinette."
"Damn intruder, seems you folks just keep refusing to learn your lesson. No matter it's not like I had any intention of sparing your miserable life. Just like your attempts before, you'll won't succeed in stepping foot upon these sacred grounds"
" Hmmm, have it your way. But that said, figure we can take this somewhere with my flat land, this flight of stairs aren't exactly the most appropriate platform for a duel"
"You can go there yourself when your corpse falls to the bottom of these stairs
He held out his hand and summoned a red light, ready to attack
"Blood-"
"I think not"
I point with one hand to resemble a gun and before he could conjure a spell, I beat him to the punch
"Bang!"
I used gravity magic to create a forceful gust to push Louis. Instantly, he was not only pushed back but he broke through the sealed entrance behind him, crashing against the wall inside. Compared to my time in the demon realm, Louis is far more casual to go against
When I got a good look inside, I noticed the spiraling stair case down below, feeling sure of what's down there, I knew I was on the right track.
"FANGS for the offer but I think we'll find better ground down THERE!"
I grabbed a hold of Louis's head and pushed him down the stairs, breaking each set of steps that collided with his head until we finally reached the bottom
While still holding my grip on his head, Louis's entire forehead was bleeding by the time we reached the bottom, he definitely took a bad hit
"Maybe this was why Roy lost to Laplace, you vampire seem to have the tendency to get A HEAD of yourselves!"
I threw him through a pillar, making him and the pillar collapse. Thinking I had him put down, I started to walk down the hall, only for Louis to jump out and try to jab me with his hand as if it were a blade but I managed to dodge in time
"Oh! Seems like you still have some BITE left in you"
"I'll die before I dare let you go any further!"
"Then by all means, give me your best shot!"
Louis swipped the blood off of his forehead, now with his hand covered in blood, he formed abother blood related spell, with his spilled blood as an amplifier. With his hand cover in a deep red fire, he dashed towards me with his hand ready to attack like a head of a spear
"Blood Blade!"
I position my mask to face the tip of his hand head on. And as expected, his entire arm exploded from the impact and was sent flying from the shockwave
Before I let him try to recover again I made way towards him in hopes of finishing him off now but he had one last trick up his sleeve. At a couple of steps left of distance between us, Louis pulled out another blood ray, using what was left of his arm as cannon for rapid fire right at me. But unfortunately for him, I am a Monster King.
I immediately devoured his sudden bloody ray and reached him. With a punch straight to his gut, now he looked like he was barely holding on. With him finally looking close to done, I resorted to a way to not kill him. I used Unqiue Skill Lazy to increase his drowsiness to the point that he finally passed out.
With Louis finally down for the count, I immediately splashed a full potion on him to ensure he doesn't die and then I wrapped him up in sticky steel threads in case he wakes up too soon
Then with him out of my way, now I can move on to the main attraction. Beyond here was a long hall that would be hard to see through normally, fortunately magic sense comes with night vision. There was nothing in the journey besides some pillars and decorations here and there but you really get the sense that this place is mostly meant to be left alone. After a few turns, I finally reached my destination, another hallway with lanes of pillars with a shining coffin at the end of it which held the body of Chronoa or Chloe, which ever of the two
And guess who else was already there waiting for little ol me. The Queen of Nightmares herself sitting on a fancy sofa while her vampiric butler stands right by her.
"Well well well, look who it is. I'm gonna take a wild guess to say you're this Luminous person that Granbelle talked so much about. Honestly I was quite worried you wouldn't show up, Louis wasn't that bad but he still left much to be desired"
Luminous herself was clearly agitated by my intrusion especially sinc this is meant to be a place to hide Chronoa who she had personal history with.
"You have a lot of nerve stepping in here"
"Lady Luminous, if you permit it, I'll dispose of this intruder at once"
Luminous silently side eyed Gunther, taking a pause before responding
"No, go retrieve reinforcement, I can keep him at bay until then"
Immediately I conjured an sphere of nuclear magic in on my hand that is one flick away from being unleashed
"Uh uh uh, I think not. Here's the option I'd like to offer, option 1 is to let me fight this butler as he has offered to do so or option 2, I blow up this entire mountain and from what I can see, you don't want to harm to be brought to whoever is behind so I'd suggest not bringing a cave in on her
Now Luminous looked gravely pissed off at what I just said but quickly regained her stoic expression and gave Gunther a command
"Gunther, deal with him"
"As you wish"
"See! Was that so-"
"Before I could finish, Gunther already swing his leg towards me, I had to duck down to avoid being hit
"You won't dare be speaking with her any further heathen"
"Well Jeesh, I was simply trying to get a KICK out of things"
It seems that while Louis focuses on attacking with his arms, Gunther meanwhile uses his legs for combat
Gunther can also perform Ariel Strikes if he isn't close enough to hit close up. I wouldn't say him or Louis are even weak but I suppose these guys wouldn't give me much trouble compared to a primordial like Carreze
While his kicks a fierce, I had an idea. Using future attack prediction to see where his legs will end up, I conjured a small Fanged Predation in position of where his legs are aiming for. When his kick came, my Fanged Predation aimed right at the ankle. With one crunch, Gunther's leg was bitten off
Gunther almost fallen over but he swiftly jumped to the nearest pillar to lean against it
"Oh come it's only a flesh wound, just WALK it off or do you not have the LEG to stand up to yourself now"
"Y-you bastard"
"Yeah figured you'd say that"
I finger gun towards Gunther's direction, trying to repeat what I did to Louis but instead Gunther leaped to another pillar before the impact of the gravity magic could land on him. Now using the pillar as a platform, he jumped towards me. Since he used his only leg to jump, he resorted to forming a jab with his hand, likely in hopes to catch me off guard. But we know how that song and dance goes thanks to Louis. One arm shredding impact later and Gunther is now struggling to continue going as he's now leaning against the wall which works great for me
Now a bit more closer this time, I aimed right in his stomach area, I finger gun once more
"Bang!"
Now he was shoved against the wall, leaving a crater behind him. Giving a good look at his condition, it's safe to Gunther is knocked out cold. Making sure he won't be further much of a problem, I turn towards Luminous who remained on their comfy sofa
"You're butler was alright but as you can see, I was one STEP ahead of him"
Luminous didn't give a response, I decided to continue
"What? Not into puns or something?"
And then she finally spoke
"So should I assume this means you're not longer interested in our peace treaty, Kaijuno"
When she said that, only one word came in my mind
FUCK!
"Huh? Did you misheard what my name is?"
"None of the other members have been reported to have mask to conceal their magic aura. Infact you're one of the few folks I met that has such a mask"
"FUCK!"
Well at this point the mask was figuratively off now and I guess literally too as there was no point in concealing my aura since it ended being counterproductive so I just took it off
"Nevermind about the whole cover up, figured the whole clown disguise would've ironically worked. Now things has gotten quite awkward"
"You brat, not only has your nation have that damn lizard that caused chaos for me in the past but now I have you rampaging here of all places and attack two of my subordinates. I swear if it weren't for certain circumstances, I wouldn't have bothered to humor a diplomatic relationship
But my patience has ran out by this point. I let you step into my nation, welcome you with the highest esteemed guest and THIS is how you repay me! That damn lizard will always be on the top of my hatred list but you're near to be a close second"
Luminous finally got off of her sofa and summoned her weapon, Night Rose. With a stance firm and ready, she point the tip of her blade towards me.
"I have no reason to but I'll offer you a chance, leave peacefully now and we'll talk this over in the morning or I'll show how much of a mistake it was to enter here"
I took a pause, it seemed like I was contemplating but in reality, my decision was already set. I pull out my dual blades, preparing myself for some action
"I'll bite"
Both had the weapons out, committed for violence. The point of going back has been lost. It remained silent between us, neither of us were the first blew the whistle. Gunther who was slouching while leaning against the wall, had fully collapsed to the floor. The thud was the signal for both of us to finally rush towards eachother.
Luminous went for a forward strike, using the sharp tip of her Noght Rose to jab me. I tried to pinch it in place with my dual blades but the sword slide by the blades and kept pushing forward, I had to redirect it the side since it was already too close to fully dodge. Even when I redirected it, I had a corner chunk of my shoulder was jabbed off
Thank Veldanava I was born a species that can easily regenerate cause that sure would've been awful to keep early on the fight. The lost chunk just came back to me but it's not a good start. I tried give a kick while we were in this but Luminous jumped back before my foot could reach
I tried to follow up with a duel air slash with from both of my blades but Luminous cut through it with ease. I ran towards her as she was splitting the duel air blade in two but she was ready to block me. She used her sword to swat me away like a bug. I landed high on a pillar, I was near the ceiling infact. I used pillar as a platform to jump off, I actually jumped off with enough force to make the whole pillar collapse, I was determined to put dirt on Luminous's eye
In spite of the aggressive force and speed that I was coming with toward Luminous, she actually deflected my whole body. Wanna know how? Cause it wasn't with her sword, no no no. But a matter a fact, she used her hand but not just simply pushing me, no she aimed with the back side of her hand and SLAPPED me. Not only she reflected my pursuing attack but she seriously gave me the disrespect of the back hand slap
It wasn't like I was trying to be a gentleman before but now I'm actually enraged
"I'll HAND it to you, that was smooth. But at the same time, I now want to put the final NAIL in your COFFIN!"
Seeing as she's using her sword techniques to keep me at bay, let's change the odds with future attack prediction. I waited in anticipation for what her next moves will be . . . but I wasn't seeing any predictions. I can tell it wasn't necessarily because she had no intentions to attack but instead my future attack prediction function wasn't active
"Whats this? I'm sure I know how to use this but why isn't it working? Yagami, can a skill just go on the fritz all of a sudden?"
"No"
"Then why is future attack prediction not working? I didn't suddenly lost my comprehension to use it right?"
"No"
"Ok well help me out with getting it running again, I want to give Luminous a one two knock out that she deserves"
". . . No"
When I heard Yagami say no to my request, time felt frozen for a moment, almost literally since this conversation was in a middle thought acceleration
"What?"
"No"
"No? What do you mean no? Do you mean there's a better alternative instead?"
"No"
"Why do you keep saying no? At least stop sounding like a broken record"
"No"
"Yagami! We're in the middle of something! Stop it with this attitude and help out already!"
Finally Yagami said something different but it was the opposite of helpful
"No, YOU'RE the one who is in the something. I never encouraged you to do this reckless act. Since you said in the past that you can do anything all by yourself without my help, you can help yourself here too"
"Wait hold on! What's this all of a sudden!? You're not supposed to- . . . Aren't you supposed- . . . Why?"
All of a sudden, thought acceleration was shut off. Now Luminous came at me in blitz speed, with thought acceleration being forcibly taken off the script, I had way more trouble handling her. I couldn't even have effectively dodge, she got her sword to cut right through one side of my face cheek, leaving my slime body underneath my skin and jaw exposed.
Now feeling further frustrated, I intended to break off the the front of Luminous's sword with Fanged Predation from Monster King Gojira but even when I was able to bite onto the blade, Fanged Predation didn't activate, I was just biting savagely on her sword like some weirdo. I figured Yagami take away my use for their own sub skills but did they actually took away my ability to use other skills to?
While it seemed like Luminous was confused from my strange sword eating, I was able to trap her in a wrapping of sticky steel threads from my tail. I breathed fire and bolts of lightning from my mouth, directly landing Luminous in the face. I then tested to see if I can at least use of Humility King Mikael's sub-skills but it was a no go too.
When the flames cleared, while there were signs of burning and skim damage, Luminous was almost dealing healing from it. I felt disappointed at the sight of the damage I done being undone, Luminous herself gabe an unimpressed expression
"If clayman of all people can heal himself from his injuries then it's safe to the rest of us can too"
Then she proceeded to drop kick me, heavily pushing me to the other side of the room. I at least know I can do more basic skills but are my Unique Skills restricted too?
When it seemed like Luminous was about to pursue me, I used Unqiue Skill Lazy to try to make her drowsy. In the middle of her sprint, she was showing noticable signs of fatigue? I took that chance punch straight to her face with as much brute force I could physically bring, sending her flying across the room. Not leaving his chance fly, I readied to use gravity magic, I didn't even do the finger gun gesture, I just had my hand out as I screamed
"BAM!"
Luminous was aggressively pushed into the wall, leaving her in a crater bigger than the ones her subordinates were out into. But unlike her subordinates, she wasn't down, she casually got back with a firm expression while wiping off the blood dripping down her nose
"How'd you like them apples?"
Luminous gave no response to my taunt, instead she only readied her stance in anticipation to strike me. By now, I can at least confirm that I can use Unique Skills. Fortunately I have something extra in mind
With at least some confidence regained, I took a charge towards Luminous. Swinging a flurry of slashing, I went for a completely offensive front while Luminous remained on the defensive by blocking or parrying my attacks. It was show of sparks across the entire room when our blades kept crossing paths, almost like a firework show.
It was starting to drag, I finally decided to make a suprise move. I put some distance between us, then I formed a finger gun gesture but instead of gust of gravity magic to push her against the wall, I formed tiny specks of nuclear magic. Not enough firepower to blow everything up but more like to shoot up mini nuclear cannons at a rapid pace, it kinda resembles to shooting of a tommy gun. I actually sprout out 4 more arms in a total of 6 arms with finger guns

It was honestly a thrilling feeling to shoot an endless wave of magical bullets like a madman and I'm pretty it has a bonus of messing with Luminous as even though she's deflecting any that could reach her, it does look irritating to keep it up at light speed. In spite of how fun it is, the rapid nuclear cannons weren't the main intentions. While Luminous was busy trying to not get swiss cheese'd, I extended my shadow to reach behind her to summon my back up
"Hey Luminous! Ever heard of UP DOG!"
On que Willfla jumped howling while charging to electrocute Luminous. Unfortunately while he did landed his attack on Luminous, she swiftly turned to kick his body away from her. The poor old boy was sent flying to the other side of the room. As if I didn't already had a reason to be mad at her for the previous slap but now she is abusing animals
"No I haven't, WOLF you mind elaborating on it?"
"Bitch! Not only you reversed my joke but you had the nerve to kick my freaking dog!"
I immediately switched from rapid fire to a more larger nuclear cannon that had more firepower. She was hit point blank as I darted right towards Willfla while retracting my extra 4 arms
"Hey Willfla, you ain't dead are ya?"
"N-no"
I splashed a full potion on him. I'm not sure if that kick was enough to break a couple of ribs but I didn't want him in pain, especially for what's coming next
"Thanks for actually helping me. Say, remember what we did back at the demon realm? I think that might be our ticket out of this"
Willfla's eyes lit up as he immediately recognized what I meant
"Of course! Let's give her hell!"
"That's the spirit!"
The smoke was clearing up as Luminous was healing from her injuries. But instead of the small brat that she was just facing, she was met with a towering Wolfman who's howls roared across the surrounding rooms and halls
"I GOTHIC hand it to you Luminous, maybe you were a BITE more trouble than I expected. But I don't want DRACULA this on much longer. Fortunately or I guess unfortunately for you, you've activated my ALU-CARD"
With no sword but instead my claws and teeth, I charged straight at Luminous. I tried to cut her to shreds with my claws but she narrowly evaded, only getting a few cuts on her dress
"What? Is it un-BLADE-able that I can still keep pulling tricks? Well guess what, I'm a whole all you can eat BUFFY'S worth of suprises!"
Luminous's Pov
This damn brat. It's not like I really much of a fan him to begin with but to think he would intrude here of all places. She should of told me he would end up this much of a pain to deal with. Now that I think about it he was never mentioned, how come a demon lord sibling was never brought up, figured that would've been mentioned even in passing.
No matter, I need to finally do something about him. It was clear he wasn't as refined as a prodigy like Hinata in close quarter combat so it felt more manageable in spite of him being a fellow demon lord. But our gap in skill level doesn't set an outcome for certain.
It seems in order to bridge the gap, he resorts to tricks to catch me off guard and he's not short on tricks. He keeps throwing new stuff left and right, it feels like he has plenty on hand. It also really doesn't help that he has excellent regeneration, it's likely better than my own healing
On top of that he had a companion ready to help him out and now combined with him to make a two leg wolf. The change in strength is very noticeable, his movement became instantaneous to the average person and attacks will likely do significantly more if they landed, his physical strength has definitely took a big leap. He's becoming more and more dangerous by the second, I need to finish him off quickly before it's too late
He's using his claws in an attempt to shred me. Unlike when he had his swords, the extra weight and force from his arm will make parrying and blocking more difficult so it more preferable to just dodge. But there's an issue about what I can do against him, him being a slime already puts stab attacks nearly meaningless. The more easy solution would be to cast disintegration but outright killing him is too risky. He came by himself and besides his dog, none of his subordinates or even Rimuru is here so it's likely they were kept in the dark
But fortunately it's not like I'm out of options though. My Embracing Drain will be the key to win this as even in this Wolfman form, there's no doubt he won't be able to walk off the damage that can make that damn lizard wail in pain but given how swift he's become, it'll be easier said than done
As we continue this stalemate attacks rendering ineffective, changes have been made to Kaijuno as we progressed through this. For starters, his purple fur morphed into black slime which eventually throughout his entire body. He started growing extra eyes and the pupils of those eyes changed into a shape of a crescent moon, eventually he completely changed completely from a Wolfman to what I best could describe as a sludge monster but with the sludge description, his new appearance felt like something you would never see in this world. Now he also stopped with the awful puns, instead he's acting like some sort of savage animal that still has obvious intent, it feels like an unnerving contradiction. Now he's just trying bite me in half whe his voice sounds unnatural and distorted, it seems like his mind is growing kore monstrous and maniacal
At this point I need to use Embracing Drain or else I'm finished. But there's an issue with his current form, his body is large and constantly moving from the waves made by his movement. I need a firm gripe if I want to do it right but there's nothing to grab onto . . . at least not on the outside. The only solution I could think of is piercing through into the inside of his body and casting Embracing Drain. The issue is that since he's a slime, it will not only not do anything severe but he could likely trap and suffocate me if I don't take him out quick enough. But as I stand now, I don't any possible options to resort to, it's the best I got.
Putting some distance between us, I formed my grip on Night Rose and with a thrust of my entire body, I bolted towards Kaijuno like an arrow. He tried to bite me once more but I narrowly escaped his closing jaw as I dug through his side.
I was trapped in the semi solid cage, the path I forcibly paved was already closing in. I didn't have much time but I didn't intend to hesitate. Using the closing walls as a surface, I released Embracing Drain throughout every inch of my body towards every direction. A violent surge of vitality was absorbs from the all around me, a howling scream of pain could be heard albeit muffled through the walls. The strength of the walls began to weakened I began to push back. I continued to absorbs his vitality and return the pain more and more, he started to drip down like melting chocolate
Finally he was reduced to a large black puddle, I looked like I had ink stained all over my face and clothes. His dog was laying over in the puddle, seemingly unconscious. As for Kaijuno, he managed to sprout out although he wasn't fully in his beast men form but more like a melting slime that is trying to resemble a human. He yeld out a distorted screech as he tried to crawl and adjust himself but I wasn't gonna give him the time to recover. I immediately put him in a head lock, tightening my grip I and did one more Embracing Drain to ensure he was put down.
His body finally formed into a simple and smooth blob of slime. I dropped the menace down to ground and his body just rolled over towards the wall crater that he shoved me against. Finally after that risky struggle, he's taken out. I was covered in dust and ink like stains, as skillful as Hinata was even she wasn't this much trouble and especially annoying.
But it's over now, this chaos has been dealt with. I should get Rimuru, I want to hope this is purely Kaijuno's foolishness and not their plan as well
I turned away and took a few steps away but it was only a few steps until I heard chuckles from Kaijuno's direction. I turned back only to see Kaijuno fully recovered while leaning against the crater with his mask back on but now is black. It was almost as if the previous fight hardly put a dent on him. As his chuckles grew in volume, his voice started to change. It wasn't distorted like it was previously but his voice wasn't like how he sounded normally. There was just something about what he starting to sound like that felt more uncomfortable, it feels . . . familiar somehow
Just as he picked himself up, lights of blue and red glow from where his eyes would be with flares of gold emerging . . . he or whatever is there is looking right at me. It was then he spoke, it was then I realized who's voice I was hearing
"What has my greatest creation been up to"
