The next day was sunny with a gentle breeze.
Oliver Scott woke up from a deep sleep.
He rubbed his slightly sore neck, sat up from the bed, furrowed his brows while surveying the tent, and after a moment, he belatedly realized where he was.
He checked the time; it was almost eight o'clock.
He threw off the covers, got up, rubbed his neck again, grabbed a toothbrush and a water cup, poured a cup of water, and went outside the tent for an open-air wash.
He used to be a refined young man.
However, after hanging out with Marcus Shaw and Nora Scott for several days and participating in an "adult ceremony" outside, Oliver Scott had almost forgotten how to spell the word "refined."
