Room Two of Heaven.
Nora Scott leaned diagonally on the chair, her legs crossed, holding a bill in her hand, flipping through it leisurely.
After a good long while, she propped her chin with one hand and asked the man making tea by the window, "I haven't been in business for one or two years, why is there still so much money?"
The man was dressed formally, impeccably dressed, handsome and elegant. But he was surrounded by a sense of distance and indifference, with an air in every move, one could only watch from afar, not daring to approach.
"Earned using your fame," Alberto Sedgewick poured a cup of tea, took a sip, "The money was transferred to your account last year, didn't you look?"
Nora Scott threw the ledger on the side table, sat up nonchalantly, "There's too much money, didn't notice."
"..."
"Make a condition," Nora Scott glanced at the time, guessed that Frank Ford was about to arrive, and brought the topic to business, "What will it take for you to do what I said?"
