Every member of the "Star Arrow Race" at the age of 18 will become either a "Berserker" or a "Chosen One," based on their innate abilities. Before that, they are ordinary members of the Human Race.
This is an ordinary residential planet.
Not a tourist planet.
The people on this planet only know that their civilization is a Seventh-level Civilization; they have no clue about other information, the specific size of their civilization's territory, how many star systems or other civilizations exist within, or what surrounds them in the universe.
They are not very planetary.
Nor have they interacted much with people from other civilizations.
So in the eyes of these people, they are just a bunch of under-age kids, but somehow, they seem a bit old.
A group of rather old-looking children walking down the street naturally attracts attention.
