Sunday afternoon, as usual, it's time for weekend tutoring.
Walking through the school gate, Lin Li sees the pretty girl standing by the fountain that nowadays doesn't even bother to sprinkle water, and she sees him too, waving her hand lightly as a gesture of acknowledgment.
Lin Li quickens his pace.
It's not that they're so clingy they have to meet up and walk to the auditorium together, even for such a short distance. It's just that today they happened to arrive at school at nearly the same time.
When Chen Yu Ying was dropped off at the school gate, Lin Li was almost there too. Knowing this, Chen Yu Ying chose to wait, and it only took her about a few dozen seconds.
"Oh my Ying Bao, I lost every game of rock-paper-scissors yesterday, so annoying, it's all your fault."
A smile instinctively appears but fades on purpose when they get closer, and while walking side by side toward the auditorium, Lin Li complains in a low voice.
"Why's that my fault?"
