The magic barrier is immovable, but to retract it, you don't have to return to the center of the area; you just need to issue a retract command within any part of the magic barrier area, and the barrier will shrink at the same speed to regroup as the main body.
After regrouping, there is currently about a 200-second cooldown period where it cannot be immediately redeployed.
The effective range and illusion degree of the barrier can be controlled by Lin Li. As for the range, it's not as simple as controlling a radius: the barrier isn't required to be a circle. Lin Li can, just like the station seats, issue micro-command to move the rear line five centimeters to the left and push the front line forward by one meter.
However, the larger the range and the more precise the commands, the more it drains Lin Li.
The current extreme range is roughly a circle with an eight-meter radius, which is actually quite large.
