"I am not losing my mind." Aurelia's red lips parted slightly, her expression cold and clear, as she restrained the chill of murderous intent in her eyes, frowning lightly.
Suddenly, a thought crossed her mind and she began searching everywhere, "Ava? Ava?"
"Aurelia." A muffled voice came from inside the cabinet. Ava Thompson tried to climb out of it, but Aurelia firmly held the cabinet shut with a snap. Glancing at the chaotic scene and the people writhing in pain, she said, "Don't come out yet. Those people haven't completely left. You'll be safe inside."
"Oh, okay." Ava agreed without doubt.
Aurelia gave Grayson Quinn a look and quietly said, "Find someone to move Ava out. Don't let her see such a bloody scene."
"You knew it was bloody and still went hard," Grayson muttered, but he had no intention of blaming Aurelia nor did he look at her as if she were some anomaly. In moments of danger, any mercy could cost one's life.
