He frowned slightly in confusion, "I say, silly girl, I do like that you're a cool fighter, but you can't just hit people randomly. A barbaric girlfriend and violent tendencies aren't good."
"Hmph! You deserve it!!" Li Jie attempted to yank her fist back but failed, her face showing even more displeasure.
Li Yan released his grip, allowing her to withdraw her fist. He then smoothly moved his chair closer to her, tightly hugging her.
"What did I do? This is absurd! If you don't give me a reasonable explanation, I might have to properly punish you here in the office." Li Yan licked his lips.
There were still people working outside. When he came in, he only closed the door to keep things discreet but didn't bother locking it. Generally speaking, no one barges into the boss's office, but in case of an emergency or if a particularly hot-headed colleague came in, it could be trouble!
