In the light screen, as Bi Yun Cave's voice faded, a cluster of black luster flickered between his eyebrows. At the same time, a similar glow appeared in the center of the skull of the skeleton beside Su Yue.
Su Yue's mouth went dry. Sure enough, a drop of black water—or rather, something resembling a water drop—materialized between the skeleton's eyebrows.
In truth, Su Yue had no idea how to describe it. Although Bi Yun Cave called it a water drop, it looked more like a flowing piece of black crystal. It was entirely beyond description. It defied his fundamental understanding of matter. If he called it a liquid, it appeared incredibly solid. If he called it a solid, it was clearly flowing.
It was tiny. Roughly the size of a toothpaste cap, it wasn't even as large as a fingernail. It couldn't even be used to stab; it was only good for slitting throats.
