"Put the medicine into the bottle." The old butler said coldly.
Xylia Xandrell snapped back to reality, glanced at her palm, and saw that the pills were slightly melted in her sweaty palm.
Seeing Xylia's hand, the old butler's face suddenly changed, and he shouted at her to put the medicine away.
Fearing she'd lose her last bargaining chip, Xylia hurriedly placed the pills into the bottle.
Only then did the old butler breathe a sigh of relief, and he looked at Bella Green with a complicated expression.
In the end, he said nothing.
The car drove all the way to an old factory, a half-abandoned factory.
Outside, someone was guarding the place. Mason Bennett parked the car at a distance, not approaching.
"Find a way to get those people away."
"Impossible, they won't leave. Those people aren't under my jurisdiction."
Mason glanced at him, unmoved, pressing the knife harder, creating a blood trail on his neck.
The old butler, however, was not afraid: "I'm just a butler."
